I've never written a review but I'm really compelled to speak out. I'm legally blind and I went on the Psychology Today site, searched for a blind allied psychiatrist and found Dr. Packer. I only saw her via telehealth and she was already weird and off putting. She had a camera set up off to the side so I never saw her face just the side of her face. It's hard to share stuff about yourself when you're not looking at them in the eye. She did telehealth over Zoom, which is not HIPPA compliant. Her office was either a weird looking space with a toy stuffed moose hanging on the wall or she did meetings outside. I said my previous diagnoses were anxiety, depression, and ADHD. She said she'd only treat ADHD if she made the diagnosis and made no attempt at finding anything out regarding my attention deficit. I'd been diagnosed since I was in grade school. She said that since I was blind it might be helpful to read a book she wrote on a the subject. So I checked it out on Amazon and the book she "wrote" is just a collection of short stories of blind people in fiction. I mean I like Daredevil, but I don't see how comparing myself to a guy with superpowers is really gonna help me cope with having to give up driving. She was constantly late to our 15 minute long sessions, which lead them to be like 7 minutes. 5 of which were her trying to remember what drugs I'm on. This is one of her worst offenses. Prior to every week's appointment, she'd send me a form that I had to send back. It had questions like, what medicines and dosages are you on? Are you pregnant? Are you thinking of hurting yourself? She rarely ever read these forms. It is, however, seriously disconcerting when he did and I'd get them wrong or whatever because she said she uses these forms to keep track of what medicines I'm on. She'd be super angry and condescending toward me about her forms. The real question, though, is shouldn't she, the doctor, be monitoring my medication in her notes? Speaking of medication she had me on so many drugs that I couldn't keep track of it. At one point the prescription ran out so I stopped taking one of them. The withdrawal was bad and I brought it up to her that I didn't want to be on it. She said it was working so well for me once. I told her that it wasn't doing much. She said patients forget how well meds work sometimes and I should stay on it. At one point I moved. I had to find a new pharmacy so we tried the Walgreens that was 15 minutes away. At the Walgreens they said my insurance said my Dr was supposed to get preauthorization for the medication (the one I didn't like anyway). So I send her an email and during my next appoint with her she said that the people at Walgreens are wrong she'd prescribed this hundreds of times and didn't need that. And the it must be that the people at Walgreens only have GEDs so they don't know what's going on. I was shocked. I felt like it was super elitist and kinda racist. What actually happened was my insurance needed preauthorization because insurance does bullshit like this all the time to deny care. She eventually got the preauthorization and couldn't admit that she was wrong. There are other stories about how she accused my 80 year old mother of a felony and I was literally worried she'd call the cops. When I moved I temporarily was out of state so she couldn't treat me. She sent my refills to the pharmacy where I used to live and I couldn't contact her for more because she wouldn't treat me if I wasn't in NY. So I went through a bad withdrawal. She wanted me to call some guy at the lighthouse guild and she sent me his contact card, which was blank. I told her about it and she was angry I didn't call them and search for this guy who was like an accountant. Eventually I switched insurance because I had some better insurance. Told her and she gave me attitude and I was done with her. read more

Every single negative thing about this woman is accurate. She BURIES you with paperwork. Not just at the start but FOR EVERY DAMN APPOINTMENT! I really feel like she has some kind of sick Nurse Ratched complex, and sets you up for failure. I'm glad I read all the Yelp reviews and so was not shocked. Just intellectually bemused. So glad I remembered this terrible woman's name. I had one appointment with her, where I told her I went out the night before. She asked me how many drinks I had (I had two all night), and during our first appointment, she diagnosed me with binge drinking disorder - knowing that my family has had alcohol issues in the past. To top it off, she called me the wrong name twice in one intake session, and seemed to be barely listening to me, unless it was to criticize me. So glad I found a better therapist who is actually qualified to be helpful. The only "alternative" thing about her is that she sucks as a therapist. read more

I should have known the second I walked into that chaotic mess that she calls her office that the service I would have received would be less than stellar. She was always in a rush to get through your appt and move on rather than seem to want to listen to your issues that you're there getting help for. I saw Sharon Packer years ago... I tell people about my time with her and share some fun anecdotes. Our first appointment she asked if I was ever.... happy and then sad. When I answered... I guess? She casually through out a bipolar diagnosis. When I told her my goal was to figure out some past traumas and work through them, she explained that "the mind is like a cave--- we don't want to dig too deep because it might collapse on itself." I'm not joking. She also asked me if my hair was naturally blonde. (I have bleached hair). When I laughed.... because I thought she was joking.... she tersely explained that some mental illnesses run in people with blonde hair. In conclusion. Go see Sharon Packer for a good story and a good time! Don't stress the mess--- just adds to her charm. And don't take anything she diagnoses you with to heart... especially if it's one of those blonde hair mental illnesses. Also--- I think she's upsettingly game to prescribe some shit if you're willing to live with some BS diagnosis. read more

In my honest opinion, Sharon Packer poses a public health risk. She is absolutely dangerous and should have her medical license revoked immediately. During my initial appointment, I was initially disturbed by her bizarre office decor. I have anxiety issues and her office was like being in a Tim Burton movie or a horror film. It honestly looked like a serial killer hoarder's apartment. I need medication quickly so I decided to overlook this. Dr. Packer's personality is jarring. She is rude, terse, and babbles about random things and its very difficult to have a coherent conversation with her. She prescribed me Zoloft and Klonopin at my initial appointment. I arrived 7 minutes late for my second appointment with her and she began screaming about how I was late and scolding me. She kicked me out of her office rudely. I was shocked. She had no interest in seeing how the medication she prescribed was affecting me and if my depression and anxiety had worsened. I also realized she had charged me several erroneous charges and was attempting to con me out of money in order to continue treatment with her. I think her entire practice is a sham to put insurance money in her pocket. In my opinion, she is unethical, rude, and mentally ill herself. She should be given a psychiatric evaluation before being allowed to interact with patients. read more

She made me feel like a piece of garbage, I actually went straight to Bellevue ER after visiting her office, I was so distraught they kept me there for a month. I've just returned from my first visit with Dr. Packer and when detailing my experience with my fiancé, he suggested I take a look at her Yelp. I'm glad I didn't do this before, because I would've been totally discouraged and probably skipped her. Many reviews here are, as best I can interpret, that Dr. Packer is very direct. With me, that was true. I came to her for a personal problem that I'm interested in rectifying and felt welcomed and listened to during my entire time with her. I understand that a lot of folks want to see a psychiatrist or therapist who pats them on the arm, or openly and loquaciously empathizes with them, but that's just not Dr. Packer's style and I appreciate that. I would agree that the mountains of paperwork are quite unnecessary (hence the 4-stars and not 5) because she reviewed them during our first few minutes together, and also asked me to print them ahead of time. Yes, her office is messy, but I'll choose to call it eclectic. I felt Dr. Packer was understanding, empathetic in her own professional way, direct in helping me understand some root issues, and thoughtful in her feedback and suggestions. I'm truly looking forward to my next meeting with her, even if it takes more than one email to confirm (which is how many it took for my appointment today). Finally, for those wondering, she knew/remembered my name, my fiancé's name when referenced, had no problem hearing me, didn't have the door cracked open like previously reported, called me maybe 2-3 minutes late, and charged me the correct copay amount. For those who's chief complaint with 1-star about Dr. Packer was that she's messy, hard of hearing, or not on time, I'm encouraged by your ability to find a doctor - of any field - who isn't at least one of those things. read more

I'm seeing nothing but negative reviews on here which makes me nervous. I've only seen Dr. packer once but my experience was good. She read the paperwork I filled out, talked to me about what she thinks my proper diagnosis may be, and agreed to not switch my medication when I said I didn't feel comfortable doing that. She also asked me to write in a journal about my panic attacks so that she can better understand what kind of panic attacks I experience. I also asked her to contact my (talk) therapist about my diagnosis and she called and left a message for her before I even left. She does make you fill out a lot of paperwork, but the paperwork was pretty helpful and she obviously read it beforehand. I'll update further if things with Dr. packer get weird but so far everything has been positive. read more

This was a horrible experience for my first psychiatrist experience. She is very cold and too be honest rude. From email to finally in person I had a gut feeling I should cancel my appointment but then I thought it was just me being how i usually am. She barely introduced herself when I came in for my appointment... I felt like I was a bother to her when I walked in for my appointment. She didn't even explain or give an introduction to the process, she called me complicated and my family confusing. She was very condescending and asked rhetorical question that made me feel small... Like saying "your insurance can afford you this antidepressant... Unless you want me to charge you $1200...do you want that?" to then tell me that my method of treatment(smoking weed) isn't good and will cause more depression... After I explained it has helped me and that I benefit from it. Once the appointment was finished she basically rushed me out and didn't even write down the address to the pharmacy to pick up the medication. To then ignore my phone calls and email when I was simply trying to get the address of the pharmacy, mind you i JUST left her office. She forwarded my calls... I had the pharmacy call she answered and they have a few chuckles on the phone.... What the hell is so funny??? Help me gather my thoughts. I was going to refer my best friend but told her to steer clear of this woman. She is so unprofessional and her life. Her office is a reflection of her mind.... This woman is awful. All the reviews here discussing her negative qualities are accurate. I was shocked to find I was not just one, but one of many clients she berated for being 5 minutes late (even after notifying her). She also is a pill farm and prescribed me Gabapentin (google Gabaptentin NY Times for a fun time). Finding mental health care is difficult. Dr. Packer is without a doubt the worst medical professional I have ever come into contact with. While I was seeing her she repeatedly attempted to get me to contact my abuser despite my clear indications that I was under no circumstances going to do such a thing, kept me on expensive medications I couldn't afford, didn't need, and didn't want to take, gave me incorrect and outdated advice about trying to get disability benefits, and even outright laughed at me when I expressed interest in certain treatment methods. My mental health got progressively worse when I saw her to the point where I had to be institutionalized. As soon as I left her practice I improved dramatically. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more

This woman is one to stay away from! I've never written a review on Yelp before, but you know that one experience that leaves you so bitter that you feel the need to signup just for that? This is exactly that experience. I definitely echo all of the previous reviewers' comments and would like to add my own. This woman is an extremely cold human being. Considering she is supposed to be a doctor, she has definitely not taken any classes on how to interact with people. She has a belittling attitude towards her patients, which seems like the wrong way to deal with a patient who's coming to you for help. Furthermore, she seems like a crook when it comes to money. She overcharges on the copay, and then actually negotiates with patients on how much a visit should cost! And to top it all off, when my health insurance expired, I went in to discuss the possibility of rescheduling until I reattained it, and she first mentioned that I needed to pay a $25 cancellation fee. After giving her $40 and asking for change, she only gave me $10 back! She ushered me out the door, and when I asked for the correct change back she refused to give me the correct change - by the way, we're talking about $5 here! She is a doctor...and I'm her patient! Totally unbelievable experience where I left the office feeling like I had been scammed. That's definitely a first when it comes to doctors. Terrible. I dropped her as a Psych - I have never had to deal with someone so rude who is employed in the medical profession. She over charged me, told me that I didn't seem "sad" after the loss of a parent and NEVER learned my name. Horrible. DO NOT GO TO HER. She will take your money and see you for about 5 minutes...save yourself $150 and find a new Psych. I rarely write reviews, but I have to tell you STEER CLEAR. Every negative review on here is spot on. For one thing, Dr. Packer's waiting room is incredibly off-putting, like a gardening granny's closet exploded all over a dim Soho office. Secondly, she makes you go through an entire paperwork song and dance before each FIFTEEN MINUTE visit, and then she doesn't even look at what you've written, just taps on her iPhone and half listens to what you're saying. Her practice is very drug-mill feeling, and there seems to be a steady flow of people going in, getting meds, and leaving. I've never seen the same person twice. Perhaps most importantly, though, is that Dr. Packer never seems to check with insurance companies about copay (I've seen this criticism on other review sites). I misunderstood something about my deductible and turns out Dr Packer was charging me more than double the rate. She did refund me the money, but it took several back and forths with her and she told me that she knew I'd gone off my meds because of "all the emails." I definitely felt belittled. I thought all of this was odd, but went with it. Still, she made me uncomfortable with her stiff bedside manner and arbitrary-seeming rules. Then I saw the reviews on here and elsewhere and realized I wasn't alone. Still, I didn't have as negative an experience as I could have, and for that I am thankful. So, the other reviews seem to be on point. I only met with her twice, and was appalled with her unprofessional behavior. Her office was a complete mess, and I often waited much longer than I needed to (even though our appointments lasted 15 minutes at most.) I didn't really care much about her office, but I felt extremely belittled by our sessions. First off, she couldn't hear what I was saying. Ever. I practically had to yell, defeating the purpose of the noise machine outside for confidentiality. After she said something, she'd coldly stare at me before I responded with "yes." Felt like she was expecting a "yes ma'am." I confided in her once about my substance use, and immediately after I left, she called my father. I can understand her distress, but she started yelling at him, telling him she didn't care about my therapist's opinion (even though I've seen her for three years). She pulled out some bullshit statistics (scare tactics?) about how 85% of people with substance use problems commit suicide, and she demanded that I go to a treatment facility. After her outburst, which seemed to be slightly hysterical and egotistical, we stopped seeing her. Thank God. She's a total nutcase. read more

I wish that I had read review prior to seeing Sharon Packer. If I could give her 0 stars, I would. She is hands down the worst psychiatrist I have ever seen. The first time I saw her and explained the mental state I was struggling with, she automatically diagnosed me with Bipolar Disorder. She tried to get me to diagnose myself after I listed my symptoms, as someone with a degree in psychology, I can't even explain how wrong this approach is. Without even thinking twice she tried to prescribe me antipsychotics during our FIRST ever visit. She does not listen to her patients and dismissed/invalidated my experience. I told her I was having panic attacks due to a traumatic event and she told me to use her WORRY SHEET as I was describing to her how I couldn't breathe and felt like I was going to die. She has no understanding of mental health and does not care about her patient's wellbeing. She never remembered anything that was talked about in sessions and ignored serious symptoms. Additionally, she had no awareness of how to take one of the medications she prescribed. I later found out (with a new psychiatrist) that the way she had me taking the medication was dangerous and increased the severity of my symptoms. She repeated the same BS responses to my worsening symptoms. At one point, when my symptoms hit their peak (before I finally left her care, THANK GOD) she told me that it sounded like a "therapy problem." The level of unprofessionalism and complete disregard for my wellbeing remains unmatched. Steer clear of this "psychiatrist" unless you want to misdiagnosed, invalidated, dismissed, and treated like you are a stupid, inept person. She should have her medical license revoked as she has absolutely no understanding of diagnosis or medications. read more

If I could give her zero stars, I would. Dr. Packer is unprofessional plain and simple. During my follow up appointment with her I had expressed adverse reactions to medication she prescribed me and was asking her if it can be modified to which she said "we don't have a lot of time this meeting so I won't be able to do that". I then asked what the purpose of my appointment was if she wasn't going to listen to me, the patient that paid for said appointment. After filling out 6 pages of forms and chasing this woman down for a week and a half, she, having clearly not read any of my dozen or so emails or any of the forms I completed, inexplicably said that she couldn't help me. If she is trying some experimental treatment involving challenging people's frustration tolerance, she is exceptionally good at exasperating. I did not, however, find this approach therapeutic. I normally don't leave reviews - especially on YELP, but I became incensed when one of my family members told me that some lowlife miscreants rated this very fine Physician poorly on this website. Take it from me - I am with three kids. I am a professional and never thought in a million years that I would one day need a Psychiatrist. I was so embarrassed at having come so close to a nervous breakdown. I was referred to Dr. Packer from my Family Doctor, whose opinion I trust implicitly. Dr. Packer was very kind, thoughtful and inspiring. I was astonished at her insightfulness and she gave me some wonderful advice. She is very cheerful, empathetic and practical. You can really tell that Dr. Packer is a very good person and she really likes helping people. She really helped me, and is probably one of the best things that ever happened to me in this unexpected phase of life. I originally got her name from my insurance who told me if I saw her I'd be fully covered. She said she would accept my insurance then she said she wouldn't. I showed her that she does in fact have a contract through my insurance company (I called them 3 times to verify with 3 diff reps) and she then told me I would have to pay the full price of the visit until I met my deductible. I told her, I already spoke to the insurance reps and they assured me the deductible will not apply for mental health visits or CBT. At hearing this she declined to take me as a patient. read more

I've just returned from a first appointment with Dr. Packer. Like many others who have posted reviews about Dr. Packer I have never done so before. My experience was so disturbing that I feel compelled. Obviously the pre visit paperwork is her effort to avoid the mundane task of collecting and printing the intrusive information. The sheer number of emails required was absurd. Upon arrival my instinct was to leave immediately. The office is dirty, messy and the entrance door was wide open making the waiting room visible to anyone passing in the hallway. There were three patients waiting, most unusual in a single doctor mental health office. Again, I should have left. I came with my paperwork complete but it was never even looked at. The doctor was rude, distracted, unkempt and seemed to have a pronounced hearing problem. She asked no questions relating to my present concern concentrating more on my insurance and what it did not cover. She became quite concerned when learning I work for a GOV. agency. She asked "are you investigating bad doctors". She had no therapist to recommend, but immediately felt I should begin long term medication for depression. Not the concern I came to her with. When I refused she became a bit hostile and said she would not be able to assist me. I left and will make a formal complaint to my insurer and the AMA. read more

I haven't seen Dr. Packer in awhile due to a change of insurance, and I was just checking to see if she took my new insurance (she doesn't ((medicaid)) unfortunately) and stumbled upon the yelp with a lot of low reviews so I thought I would put in my two cents. I really enjoyed my time with Dr. Packer. I thought she was straight to the point, no bs, but also very pleasant and nice to chat with. I had a great first meeting with her that was 45 minutes for her to assess me and if I needed medications (I felt I did, which is why I came to her). She listened intently and gave good feedback and was able to prescribe me something that worked well for me on the first try! I know this is not the case with everyone, I was lucky, but it made me feel confident in her skills of analysis. I continued to see her once a month for 15 minute checkups over the next several months, each time updating her a little on my life and how I was feeling and we would adjust the medication accordingly. She worked with me when my insurance lapsed, was able to get me samples and help me find cheaper prices when my insurance didn't cover the full cost of my (at the time) only non-generic medication. Even when I lost my job (and subsequently my insurance) she was able to help get me by with my medications until I could get re-insured. I like her cheery but straight forward demeanor, and the vibe in her office with all the antiques. I really think she genuinely cares about her patients, and understands our needs, specifically those of us in creative fields. read more

She told me I needed a brain scan after I told her the medication (EXCESSIVE AMOUNTS) she conned me into taking, was having a bad effect on me. Leaving her was the best thing I ever did. Dr. Packer was my first psychiatrist and the reason I took a break from finding another one- I'm wary the rest will be like her. Her waiting room is a mess and looks like a folk art graveyard. Her office is dirty, cluttered, and unorganized, with random knick-knacks and stuff taking up almost every square foot of floor space. She relies on physical charts and an outdated laptop she barely knows how to operate (and she doesn't really understand email either). She makes you fill out a ton of initial forms in all caps that are basically preemptively reprimanding you in written form, and every time you come for a follow-up (which she wants monthly) you have to fill out an unreasonably long questionnaire, but specifically the way she needs it filled out, and then she doesn't bother to read your answers. She's forgetful- I had to reiterate my health issues every single time I came in, she's condescending, not open to input or suggestions, and she somehow managed to not only insult me but my family and hometown in a single 15-minute session. Her refill process is confusing and ambiguous, yet she was condescending to me for me for not understanding. She made blatant excuses for why she waited weeks to get in contact with my doctor, who was available pretty much anytime to call. She's not a good doctor and not sympathetic to your medical or emotional needs whatsoever. Take a little more time to find someone worthwhile. read more

It's a pity to see such negative reviews... and based on what i am reading it seems that the expectations of many - were for a therapy session... Dr. Packer is an MD so i went in with the expectation of discussing my current medication. And i was pleasantly surprised to find that she listened and understood and she 'got it.' If you are looking to 'talk to a therapist' i would not recommend Dr. Packer. If you are looking for a medical psychiatrist, she is quite knowledgeable and sympathetic. read more

Other reviewers are completely spot on - her office is cluttered and dingy, she's horribly unorganized, half-deaf, and completely incompetent with technology. She will disrespect your time and offer you very little help in return. My fault for being naive and putting up with it for as long as I did. All this woman wants to do is prescribe medication instead of actually working with you to solve problems. Got a problem? Take meds! Who cares about self improvement! And then, she'll ramble on about something unrelated or start playing with her phone/laptop/whatever. If you're ever late or have to reschedule, she drops you or charges you money. Doesn't matter if it was a legitimate reason, her mistake, whatever. Completely hypocritical with her time. If she's running late, who cares! Your time doesn't matter. No other doctor I've gone to has ever done this. Then again, most other doctors are reasonable people. This woman cares more about money than any of her patients. If you're still up for seeing her, have fun handing over $50 or more to hear this old woman ramble about nonsense for 20 minutes and do nothing to actually help you. Unless you want drugs. This lady sucks. She wouldn't deal with me on the phone. When she finally called me back, she left me a message that "email works better for her"....how quaint.... I had to remind her i even existed to try and get an appointment. She barely squeezed me in, seemignly against her will... And when i called to reschedule due to an emergency. Guess what? it went to voicemail. I emailed her 2 hours before my 10 am appt... and she informed me she would NEVER be able to reschedule me. What a quack. Save your time. Oh the worst part is she has no receptionist so you have to fill out tons of paperwork yourself. It's ok, she'll email it all to you beforehand. I wish i could give her less than one star. read more

I scrolled through some of her reviews just to make sure that I wasn't crazy -- and most people have confirmed my sentiments. I'm sure Dr. Packer is an intelligent person, and she even decorates her office as if you're in a hippie commune (with art, soothing colors, and motivation sayings posted around the walls) -- but I left her office feeling angrier and more anxious than when I went in. She was extremely pretentious, rushing me along, cutting me off, and making it VERY clear that what I had to say either didn't matter to her or that "she's heard it before" and this was off-putting, uncomfortable, and disorienting. Not to mention her actually office was like 400 degrees. She seemed mostly concerned with keeping the appointment to a strict 20 minutes, taking my co-pay, and when I asked her to let me finishing (and stop saying "okay, okay," and cutting in), she shot back with, "well you can stay as long as you like and I'll just send you a big bill." I don't usually write reviews but I had to speak out about this woman. First off, her photo is very misleading, looking as if she is a professional doctor, when in person, her office is like a hoarders house and she was a mess of a woman. Second of all, I've never felt more disrespected by a doctor. She barely listens to anything you say, constantly yells "WHAT" at you while you're speaking, and is overall just a rude and insulting person. She made me feel 100 times more anxious and all I would say is save your money and don't waste your time with this woman who should not be practicing. read more

Dr Packer is the worst doctor I have ever worked with and considering I was being treated for depression, it made it so much worse. She is truly a whackjob and please reconsider before you decide to save a few bucks because she is listed as an accepted provider through insurance. She should not be allowed to practice in New York! She terminated our relationship after 2 years because I asked a few questions about my treatement and was not comfortable putting a new drug into my body without first asking some questions. She said I was non-compliant and would only continue to treat me if I would see her for talk therapy. Of course she would need to charge me full price and insurance will not cover it, but it was her only option for me. Packer is trully the most disorganized, rude and unprofessional doctor I have ever had to deal with. read more

As quoted from a previous patient's comment, this lady is a real nut. Steer clear. Do not, even if she is the last doctor in NYC, DO NOT GO TO HER. After chasing her down for months and finally getting an appointment, she was not understanding my tardiness due to a major snowstorm. She never read the piles of paperwork and repeatedly asked me for things I had already filled out and sent over. She was wildly unprofessional and extremely rude. Very insensitive and not accommodating at all. Save yourself the trouble and aggravation, find another doctor! Zero starts is a more accurate depiction of her services. read more

It's hard enough deciding to reach out to a mental health professional, and incredibly discouraging when they're rude right off the bat. I was treated like a child over email and immediately put off by her rudeness. Her first email said I could see her Friday at 3pm - when I followed up to confirm she said she didn't have afternoon appointments on Friday? Treating people with respect shouldn't be an option for a mental health professional. Save yourself the anxiety and spend the time/money on someone who won't hurt you before you even see them. read more

She is horrible. Her office is like a hoarder's mad house, but that's not the point. She does not really listen to you, even when she is the one who asked a specific question. Her only aim seems to be prescribing medications (I ended up with 4 different medications to be taken on a daily basis), completely ignoring you when you have (medically documented) side effects - she would just treat them by adding an additional drug. Her visit lasts no more than 5-10 minutes, just the time to write down one or more prescriptions. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable with her attitude and comments. The last straw was when she give me an appointment at 8 am and did not show up. When I called her to ask what was going on, she told me that I was the one who missed the appointment... that she said was scheduled for a few days before... but she had actually written the date and time of the appointment on one of her cards, so I know I had it right. She ended up sending me a letter to charge me with $65 for the no-show. I didn't even bother to reply... If she formally asks me for the money, I will just take out the card with her handwriting and the correspondence we had after the missed appointment. And will take the whole matter to the Board. Stay away from her, period. read more
