I was so nervous he wasn't going to sit for it, but it ended up being a wonderful experience. Upon entering, you're brought into a super welcoming, kid friendly zone. It's bright and colorful, there are cool cars to sit in, cartoons on the TV's, and they even have toys to purchase if your little one needs something to hold onto during the process. We were greeted by Yudi, who came up to my son excited and full of energy, and from that point we were good. She listened to what we wanted (I'm not ready to cut all of his hair off just yet), and she was so great with him. It was a great experience for everyone. After he was done, they took a picture that they printed out on the spot and attached it to a first haircut certificate that included a bit of his hair. We were so excited to receive this keepsake. It was a wonderful first haircut experience, and we will definitely be back for our next one.

When we were making the appointment, Carolyn, the hairstylist, was the person to go to for the baby's first haircut. We had to give a week advance notice to request the stylist. Carolyn did a great job styling my child's hair. Since it was the 1st haircut, we got a certificate with a lock of hair along with the after photo of the new haircut.
