They also invest in proper development and really take the time to make sure your child is on track. Front desk is so helpful with booking appointments and any account management. Her office is clean, has a ton of cool toys (which are also clean) for kids to play with, and a HUGE TV in the waiting room. Her staff is very pleasant and welcoming as well. My daughter hates the doctor (as most 2 year olds do lol) and this was the first time she didn't cry once at a doctor's visit! I brought my little one in because she had a bad cough and low grade fever. From the very beginning Dr. Neves was incredibly kind, gentle and incredibly patient with my daughter. I have felt rushed in the past with her previous pediatrician. She also was very prompt. My daughter warmed up to her immediately because Dr. Neves let her play with her ear scope and even had a couple toys in her lab coat pockets! My daughter really liked that Dr Neves let her use the tools on her first before she examined my daughter. She was incredibly thorough and in order for her to check my daughter's lungs she had a pinwheel in the exam room and had my daughter blow on it to make it spin. I was SUPER impressed by that (I wouldn't have thought of that in a million years!). She also had to do a throat culture and I thought for sure my little one would cry but she was so gentle and fast it was over quick! Then when the exam was all over my daughter got a Cinderella sticker (everyone with a toddler knows stickers are a big deal). I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Neves!!

We came in for a well visit for our daughter and discussed a few items with our doctor one of which was stomach issues which she was having for a few weeks to that point. Since this was a large concern of ours we asked for a CAT scan just to make sure everything is okay. Again this may be overboard possibly but we just want to make sure nothing major is going on. The doctor deterred our concern and said it will likely go away and the CAT scan isn't necessary. Well it's been over a month since that visit and our daughter is still complaining about her stomach. I call in to the office to get a referral at this point and what does the doctor say. We need to come in for another appointment and not only that but the representative said the stomach issues weren't even noted in her medical records. Im a business owner myself and to me this seems like a bit of a cash grab considering they're requiring another visit to discuss something we've already talked about (though apparently we didn't?? Hmm). One other cash grab item that disturbed me last visit was a cholesterol scan they 'recommended' but no one told us the results until we asked?? Again I just don't like the professionalism and not sure i understand the motives. Is it actually my kids health or is it what's best to benefit the corporation?

Unfortunately, this practice has been neither. The staff is consistently rude, dismissive, and careless. They've made repeated errors on insurance forms -- including missing CPT codes -- which has cost me time, money, and hours on the phone with both the office and my insurance provider to fix their mistakes. The doctor has been judgmental, dismissive of my concerns, and at times even gaslighting. I've also overheard them speaking negatively about other patients and their parenting choices, which is deeply unprofessional and inappropriate. It's incredibly disheartening to have to advocate this hard for basic respect and accurate care -- especially in a place that is supposed to support children's health. I often found her to downplay symptoms and provide information that was outdated. We are switching providers and would encourage others to look elsewhere.
