I made a last-minute appointment due to my busy work schedule, and several other places weren't able to help me the same day. Even though they were very busy, Plush Derma truly went above and beyond. From the very first phone call, Karina, the receptionist, was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She answered all of my questions without rushing me and explained everything so clearly over the phone. Even though they didn't have a room available at that moment, she still took the time to accommodate me by scheduling me at a different location within the same Plush Derma clinic network. They have multiple locations, which makes it very convenient, and the process was seamless thanks to her help. The clinic itself is super clean, modern, and very welcoming. You feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment you walk in. The entire team is professional, attentive, and truly makes you feel valued as a client--even from the first call. I highly recommend Plush Derma Laser Clinic & Skin Center, and a special thank you to Karina for being so kind, polite, and helpful. If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would.
