During my first visit, I specifically requested a firm massage. What I received was the most painful massage of my life. I was sore for days afterward and had purple bruises across my back for nearly a week. Needing some last-minute relief, I decided to give them a second chance and asked for a much gentler massage. Unfortunately, that experience was just as concerning. The massage therapist kept her rings on during the session, and I could feel them scratching against my skin. Even more unprofessional, she stopped in the middle of the massage to answer her cell phone and carry on a lengthy conversation in another language while I was on the table. At the end of the appointment, I was told I had to pay through Zelle, which felt unusual and unprofessional. Overall, the entire experience felt disorganized, uncomfortable, and questionable. Based on my experiences, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I was very pleased with everything. Competitively priced. Clean relaxing environment. Promptly got me in at appointment time. I booked the therapeutic and talked to the massage therapist about my needs. She was able to get everything I needed done. Kristin had excellent knowledge and very good client interaction. Since I was new she made sure the pressure was right. She made sure to work on areas I really needed worked on. Very respectful of my privacy. There was no use of fingers at all. While it was relaxing I left with the same tension in my neck and back as when I went in. I'm not sure she was an actual massage therapist. It was very weird. I personally would not return because what they are providing is not an actual massage and more of body rub using her forearm.
