We had a host of problems with our Insulation for the last 4 months. Firstly we had a issues with people giving quotes and arriving at the said time We finally agreed to go with the Energy Efficiency Centre as the owner was a local to us and was a nice guy. Unfortunately the installer he sent was not the same!! He took one look at our front building and decided he didn't want to do half the job. The rest of the house was done in a huff. We gave up on getting our front room done as it was apparently too hard. I contacted Shannon after reading another review on yelp, I could not recommend him enough. He came to give a quote within a day and came back the following day to ensure the job the job could be done properly. The installing of the job went smoothly and he said he was not a difficult job at all. It was done so quick and quietly I didn't know he had been in the roof.
