Stephen Collier was the person who helped me with all the arrangements. It was a very black time but Stephen guided me through the process and we ended up with a funeral which I am sure my husband would have loved. Most likely looking down and laughing at me now! From the minute he arrived, he was so professional but warm and understanding. He is real and has great compassion. As it was Christmas and the whole country was shut down, I was really lucky to deal with Julie who was in the office all over the Christmas break. She was fantastic too - so understanding, helpful, considerate and efficient. I really couldn't have asked for a better service. Everything was done with ease and guidance. From start to finish, Michael arranged everything for me, including things I had not even considered such as flowers, death notices, talking to priest. He took away all the unnecessary stress that would have added to the difficult time. Can never thank him enough for all he did for us all. Would recommend him to all.
