(We had never rented a dumpster before, and selecting the right size couldn't have been easier.) We received personal text messages (sent by a human!) with timely updates on when our dumpster would be delivered and picked up. Saw this company show up in my search on yelp as having good ratings. They showed up on the map as…read morebeing close to my house so I thought I'd give them a try. One quick feedback is they did not answer the phone with their company name so initially I wasn't sure if I had the correct place :) But they were able to stop by the same day to remove a hot water heater and dryer. Being able to do same day was the most important factor for me so this was awesome. I made sure to tell him the items were in the basement which increased the price a bit, but that is to be expected. The only negative feedback was it took a bit longer because he had to call someone to come help get the hot water heater up the stairs (yes I had already drained it). But that didn't matter to me as I was there doing other work and it wouldn't matter if it took half a day :) Hope everyone has the same results that I did with this company.
