It wasn't just " not being happy", I had lost my confidence and my self worth. In the last 5 years a had lost my mom of a massive heart attack, my husband survived an intense brain surgery, a miscarriage and on my second cycle of anti depressants. You can add post partum depression as well. A lot for anyone to handle and to much of a burden to put on someone else's shoulder. I had gained weight that I had lost before my pregnancy and was on track of obesity, again. Something I had been battling since my teenage years. My emotions were all over the place. I felt guilt and shame over my blessed life. My poor husband and friends couldn't even support me because I wasn't approachable and my leadership skills at work were suffering. Rosemary was the person that opened my mind to the reality that my "thoughts " were just that. Passing thoughts. She introduced cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and meditation. She is very emotionally intelligent and within just a few sessions she made me realized that my low self esteem was the root of my rattling thoughts and disease to please. I was committed to our sessions and followed her suggestions and read her recommendations. I am proud to say that Rosemary has supported me thru this journey of Loving Myself. I am Living my Best Life. My emotions are balanced and I know how to have Compassion for myself on the days that they might not be. Every session was magical and powerful. I could feel the energy shifting on many levels. But on a more practical level, the reiki really helped to clear some of my chronic sinus pain and congestion. The day of our first session I was feeling super agitated by all the energy shifts going on right now both individually and globally. My nervous system couldn't handle it. A fire truck siren passed me on the street and I seriously almost passed out. My system was on the verge of shut down. Thank goodness I went in for a reiki session with Khristee! She is amazing and the session was very powerful. I felt much clearer and stronger afterwards. Khristee always took the time to sit with me before and after to discuss my concerns going in and to debrief on the experience going out. Khristee always had some inspiring visions to share afterwards, and insightful helpful advice. The office kept calling us and sending reminders to be on time. We got there exactly on time, but yet needed to wait about 15 minutes for the attorney to join us. A secretary asked us to complete a form with our private info, including SS# and more. We kindly dismissed it, stating "we only have a question". A short middle age fellow in a gray suit entered, said "Hello"" and asked why we were there. We started to ask the question, when someone from or party took over asking the question. The middle age fellow, who we assume was Mr. Zaltz, interrupted and asked a question. I proceeded to answer "AKA name, and the last name". Then I said "Whatever". Meaning, it was irrelevant to the question we had. Mr. Zaltz turned towards myself and my husband and said in a very loud rude voice, "When I ask a question, you don't answer "Whatever". You respond and do as I say! And when my girls in the office tell you to do something, you do it without question!" I turned to my husband blankly and shocked! We stared at each other for a moment. The other party continued to explain our question, as Mr. Zaltz again turned to us and started to yell. "If you don't like what I am telling you and you cannot follow my rules, you can get the hell out of my office!" My husband and I stood up immediately and slowly walked out. The audacity to yell at a potential client and a woman, was just too much to sit through. I do not recommend this "Attorney" for anyone. Do not believe all the positive reviews which are posted.
