It wasn't just " not being happy", I had lost my confidence and my self worth. In the last 5 years a had lost my mom of a massive heart attack, my husband survived an intense brain surgery, a miscarriage and on my second cycle of anti depressants. You can add post partum depression as well. A lot for anyone to handle and to much of a burden to put on someone else's shoulder. I had gained weight that I had lost before my pregnancy and was on track of obesity, again. Something I had been battling since my teenage years. My emotions were all over the place. I felt guilt and shame over my blessed life. My poor husband and friends couldn't even support me because I wasn't approachable and my leadership skills at work were suffering. Rosemary was the person that opened my mind to the reality that my "thoughts " were just that. Passing thoughts. She introduced cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and meditation. She is very emotionally intelligent and within just a few sessions she made me realized that my low self esteem was the root of my rattling thoughts and disease to please. I was committed to our sessions and followed her suggestions and read her recommendations. I am proud to say that Rosemary has supported me thru this journey of Loving Myself. I am Living my Best Life. My emotions are balanced and I know how to have Compassion for myself on the days that they might not be. This too shall pass and before you know it being mindful of my emotions let's me overcome any negative emotions and thoughts. I am proud to say that I have overcome my weight issues.
