During this experience here at talk of India Indian cuisine, I ordered the beef madras, which was a spicy beef curry. The portion size was decent enough to warrant two regular size bowl of rice go with the meal. I also ordered a order of garlic naan bread to complement the meal and had water to drink. It was nice to have a whole bottle of water to myself instead of having to wait for the waitstaff to refill the water every single time. It was brilliant. The overall price was around NZ $25, which wasn't bad seeing how fresh and how nice this place is usually. For the most part though, I really enjoyed this place. Even though the service here seems to be usually average, I will take that anytime of the week. I found myself full from a meal and from the experience of having authentic Indian cuisine in the heart of Taranga, before the Tauranga international half marathon. I would definitely like to recommend checking out this place, if you are in the area I love Indian food as much as I do. You'll be easily surprised. Try the beef vindaloo while you are there too.
