From the moment you walk in everyone is extremely welcoming and warm. The receptionist & owner care about everyone that walks in as if they are doing your service too. They have tea and water which they offer their guests (I've even been offered snacks when they have them), socks to put on so you don't disrupt other guests getting treatments done & a relaxing waiting area (which I have never used since Gloria is ALWAYS on time for me). The price has never been expensive, whenever I go in I always think the service cost is going to be more. Cleanliness is extremely important to me, especially with the times that we currently live in with COVID, and the place is always spotless. Even before COVID they have always taken care of the spa and made sure the place is completely sanitary for their guests.
