Compared to other stores, this store doesn't have many facilities to suit a city center branch, it does have free wi-fi, but compared to other stores which are open 24-7, have tablets, Signature Collection, Mobile charging points and drive-thru, this is disappointing especially when even comparing to the nearest two branches on Morris Street and Gower Street. This store is definitely in need of some sort of refurb, to make it suit a city center branch but for now is basically a typical, average Mcdonald's, but this type of store they seem to be slowly phasing out around the country.

The store is accessible to disabled customers and mums with buggies, there is even a door opener on the outside to automatically open the door which is at wheelchair height. The disabled toilet is downstairs and there is plenty of seating downstairs too. Upstairs are the other toilets for men and ladies and a childrens seating area, as well as general seating. The stairs are quite steep though and often slippy where people have spilt drinks. The store was recently given a makeover and much of the seating is now bucket shaped leather seating which is quite low and not particularly comfortable or practical although it does looka bit more grown up than your average mcdonalds usually looks. The store is open from early morning to midnight most days and starts with the breakfast menu then moves on to the burger menu at 11:30am. Lots of balloons around and colouring easel for the kids - still very child friendly and clean.
