I started seeing Chris during a fairly legit mental health crisis (what used to be called a nervous breakdown). I was under a lot of different situational stress and going through multiple big life changes at the same time. Chris helped me get through it a piece at a time, while also digging into and clearing really deep underlying childhood stuff. The therapy itself is by far the most effective I have ever tried. But beyond that, he educates you on how the mind works and why you feel the way you do about different things. He gives you the tools to be able to keep the work going on your own and really understand yourself better.
