We continued to have phone issues with multiple phones so tried once again to get support through the local (Lufkin, TX,) store; Fortunately we worked with Tyler one of the store's team members and he fixed all our issues and was extremely customer service oriented. Damari and the National Verizon support team barley earned one-star for their support. We were ready to go to AT&T but Tyler saved the day. Someone needs to reward Tyler for his customer service skills. Great job Tyler. My wife and I appreciate your support.
