The Oxford creamery is a quaint little spot that has an old school southern vibe. We saw My Big Fat Greek wedding as a menu item so we obviously had to go with a large order of that in a waffle cone bowl. My big fat Greek wedding was absolutely decadent and delicious. This item is an absolute must try, with pistachio and baklava and honey and vanilla ice cream, this treat is a 10/10. The Oxford creamery knocks it out of the park with this desert. An absolute delicious treat. Truly magnificent. Stop in to see the friendly staff and tray a tasty treat while you're there.

I waited 10 minutes before any of the employees acknowledged me to ask what the name was on my order. Once I was finally able to tell an employee the name on the order, she walked off and continued making other drinks that were not mine. She came back five minutes later asking for the name again then said "Well I think I already made that one," then proceeded to walk off and grab it from behind the counter. This all could have been avoided if the order had been placed in the pickup area after it was made or if she had asked my name and looked for it when I arrived. Very disappointed with the service today, and it seems that this happens every time I visit this location.

I typically go with a vanilla latte and love lavender so the employee explained I could order exactly that. Although the line was long, the service was quick. Employees were super friendly. But sadly this wasn't drinkable. It was just a cup full of syrup. I honestly don't like a strong coffee taste but this was just straight liquid sugar. I did get my child a frap and said it was good but I will probably stick with my usual coffee shop as mine was just a bit much. But again, great customer service and not a long wait.

The past many times I have visited at this location, I have not been served by someone kind one time. Not once have they smiled at me, or done more than say "Have a good one" without even looking at me or smiling at me whatsoever when I am about to leave. I feel like everyone that has served me lately has lacked the kindness and happiness that 7brew claims to build their business on, if not being just straight up rude.
