Shane was very apologetic and stressed out about the treatment of customers using the storage rooms and lack of communication with the manager that was previously in charge. Shane fully understood my frustration as I was in the middle of moving not locally but across the country! I could only hope that my stored items would be intact when I returned months later to retrieve them. Thank God I found everything as I left it on my return visit. I truly believe Shane is sincere in his efforts to rectify all the problems that existed at the facility and try to get things back in order. I wish him the best as he strives to bring his storage facility back to way it was six years ago when i first rented a couple of units there!

First, the prices are reasonable. We contracted for a 5' x 10' storage space to move our student's belongings during the summer months. The price was $60 and we received a 50% off for the second month. There was a $10 service fee which was also quite reasonable. Beth, the woman I dealt with was professional, friendly and had an amazing funny streak! I loved speaking with her. She made everything easy. They have larger storage space but we only needed to store a bed/dresser and other odds and ends. It's comforting to know this place exists as we need to move our student's belongings for the summer. I highly recommend Advantage Mini Storage and hope you get to talk to Beth, who as I said is pleasant, funny and hard working!

Awesome staff here. The cabin was clean and well appointed. It had a grill and fire pit outside, with parking for one car. Inside, has everything you need, and all appliances and fans functional. Nice thick curtains for privacy, or you can pull curtains back and open windows. The cabin had units for heat/AC but we did not need. Coffee pot but no filters, however, the store had everything we needed. The off-season price was perfect but not sure I'd stay during higher summer rates, considering you have to bring your own bedding and make beds etc... Overall, lovely stay!
