I went with precision because Zach was so good. Not only did he inform me of all the details and confirmed the project but also offered cautions and suggestions. Really took his time to explain and be helpful and get the quickest response time. In fact it was the homeowner association who delayed the initial start to give 48 hour advisement to other condo owners that the water would be turned off during the project. They were prompt and professional. I was advised when they arrived and when it was completed and provided with pictures. This was even more important as we are out of town.
