This is and has been my go to place to order ammunition for several years. Ammunition is expensive and the shipping really adds to the bill as ammunition is also very heavy. SGAmmo gives you free shipping if you order two hundred dollars or more of their ammunition. They have a huge selection of rifle, pistol, shotgun and rimfire ammunition. I really like that they have dozens of manufactures to choose from and they even stock subsonic ammo. Subsonic is great for those of us that "give a hoot, shoot on moot". ie, shoot suppressed. This is a fantastic place to get your ammo. They have a huge selection of just about any caliber and its hard to beat the prices they offer. Having ordered a few times, its quick and convenient. The items ordered were exactly what I received and they arrived in timely manner. When you are looking at surplus ammo, dates are important and they do a great job of breaking down when the ammo was manufactured as well as how it been stored etc. They also well send a few rounds downrange so you can get a report on how the ammo is doing. In addition to the surplus ammo they also carry all the major brands as well. In particular it is quite difficult to get 22LR these days in my area and they offer tons of choices. Excellent prices and fast service. If you are looking for Remington Golden Saber, or Tokarev (7.62x25) new/old stock, ammo they are probably going to be your best deal out there after shipping. A plus is SGAmmo only lists the things in stock so you will not have to query them just to see what's on the shelf. If it is shown with a quantity available then it is in stock. BTW, no in person walk up orders or telephone customer service. But their email response was quick for orders in the past. They even emailed back in the evenings when you might expect no answer. Was looking for 5.56 ammo from various sites, after a horrible misleading online in stock problem with atlantic tactical, I've become skeptical of sites i haven't heard of that sell ammo, especially at decent prices during these crazy times. Great to deal with. One of the few companies who were not price gouging (like Cheaper Than Dirt was) during shortages. They only sell what is in stock, unlike other companies (Basspro- Cabela's) who string you along for months with backorders after they say it is in stock to make the sale.
