Don't waste your time and money doing business with this company…read more Poor communication throughout the job and lack of follow through. Can not be trusted to accurately estimate scope of work and materials, serious cost overruns, sloppy workmanship, cuts corners where in areas not seen from ground level, leaves gutters and area around the premises littered with nails and roof trimmings and cigarette butts (yes, they were actually smoking on our roof in the middle of the forest), damage to gutters and deck. Had to clean and haul away over 100 pounds of debris from the gutters. In general, just a very poor experience. We regret our choice to use Wright Roofing.

We highly recommend Diamond Grade Contracting to anyone in need of roof repair, replacement, or any services they offer. They exceeded our expectations in every way and we are thrilled with results. Thank you. Jason and team for a job well done. Also during the process, Jason found a spot on our house that was unseen from the ground where the siding needed repaired (see last picture). He went to Home Depot, got the material and fixed the problem. I can't say enough about how wonderful this whole experience was and how thankful that we are for Diamond Grade Contracting.

He decided to do a remodel between tenants, and I managed the project for him. The job received 4 bids and Hay Residential came in as the second highest bid BUT was the most detailed and was more closely to what we estimated the job would cost. We completely remolded the master bathroom, added new floors to the entire house, fixed a broken plumbing line and replaced the drive through side gate. Jim Hay was very easy to work with and kept us updated with pictures since we don't live in the area. Jim offered cost-cutting ideas and we also contracted with him to do extra work.
