The realtor was giving me grief about his fees during closing and this was my first big financial transaction. I was basically on the verge of tears when I called Alfred and he never flinched- we immediately got on a conference call with the realtor and Alfred didn't take any if's, and's, or but's. I don't think the realtor knew what hit him. We have absolutely trusted Alfred with anything and everything since that day and he's never disappointed. We trust him completely. He is absolutely 110% "invested" in our client-advisor relationship. He's really been a voice of calm and reason whenever we're tempted to make "emotional" financial decisions. It's hard talking money with a spouse, but Alfred knows how to talk to both of us and get us on the same page. It feels like a team and we feel lucky to have him on it! We'd highly recommend Alfred and Dragon to anyone ready to make some financial plans or has a pending financial decision, who wants someone with experience and who cares.

The problem was that I was an active rock climber when I started looking for insurance a couple years ago and that risk made them decline to offer coverage. Samantha was a breath of fresh air when I finally contacted her. She was quick to assess the situation and got the ball rolling with a very respectable life insurance company that was a little more lenient about rock climbing. The whole process only took a couple weeks and Samantha constantly kept me updated with the status. She's helpful, friendly, and most importantly, trustworthy. This appealed to us because we were looking to hire someone who would manage our investments according to what would be best for US, not where they would get the most commissions. I don't like dealing with accounting stuff and was dreading the process before our initial appointment, but they ended up making it fun for us, yes, FUN! We did some exercises that helped us define what kind of a life and future we wanted, where we saw ourselves and the process from there was pretty easy. Evor and Johnny exceeded our expectations as far as the services they provided. We were expecting someone to manage our accounts, but they went over our trust documents, disability insurance, taxes, and had great referrals to the best of people in all those areas. What I like most about working with Evor and Johnny is that they are very pleasant to deal with, easy to get ahold of and answer any questions you may have, personable, transparent, have high level of integrity, and truly care about your personal goals and future. I have been recommending them to friends and family and anyone looking for a trustworthy financial advisor.

I had a hodge podge group of investments new and old both, brokerage, IRAs, Roth's, etc. that just ended up in a box - unwatched. Even though I dreaded changing all the accounts over, Evor made the process seamless! He filled out ALL the forms, made all the calls, gave me my tax info, all I had to do was sign the forms... Now I have the peace that he is taking care and watching my investments. He emails or calls me when he feels we should move money from one sector to the next, sends out an informative news letter AND I now get all my investment info in one nice package that is easy to understand. To top it off the fees he charges are very resonable. I would highly recommend his services.
