Order take out for two including food, chips and salsa. Carry out of chip & Salsa was for one.....

We had a great experience at Señor Tequila! The service was excellent -- our server was incredibly nice, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was really good and came out quickly. They were also super accommodating to our family, which we really appreciated traveling with kids. Overall, a very welcoming atmosphere with great food and service. We would definitely come back! read more

This Little Rock location offers standard Mexican food, though I have heard of problems at other area locations. For standard American Mexican fare, you can't go wrong here. read more

The food here is amazing! I was here on work from Henderson, KY. This will be a go to when I come back to the area.

This place fixed my attitude in the best way. If you're a nacho fan, don't pass by the shrimp fajita version. It's got just enough vegetables to convince yourself it's a salad despite its copious amount of melted cheese. I wasn't crazy about the classic margarita but as a new guest, I'm sure I just didn't check out the offerings well enough. They've got a long drink menu I'll have go explore! read more

Excellent service, excellent food. The beans and rice were SO flavorful. Will be back for sure.

A must stop in Little Rock! This was the quickest table service I have ever experienced. The guacamole was the Best! Our server was nice and made great suggestions. Large portions as well. Great food and service. read more

Staying overnight in Little Rock and decided to try this place down the street from the hotel. Had the chili rellenos and they were delicious. Guacamole appetizer and margarita was very good too! Good food, great service, reasonable prices... will definitely be back! read more

This is the best Mexican place I've ever been to. I usually order a taco salad when I go out to eat at a Mexican place but many places don't do it right. But this place was perfect and the food was the best I've had in a while. I had no complaints with the food or the service. I definitely would recommend giving this place a try! read more

This place has very good food. I use the University Ave. location. Their cheese dip is awesome, the meals are fresh and very tasty. The service is fast, the staff is polite, and they always get it right. I will continue to get my mexican style food at Senor Tequila. read more

Informed tonight, there is apparently no happy hour Waiter told us a small margarita is $6 and the medium we bought was billed at $11. This was at Cantrell location at about 5pm Tonight 11/15/2024 This has been our favorite watering hole for over 12 years Very disappointed, When googled, webpage indicates happy hour is 3 pm to 7 pm Monday through Friday Draft beer $1.50 margarita $3.25 read more

If you're looking for some delicious Mexican food, come to this restaurant on Bowman Road! My wife and I were spending the night at the Hilton Garden Inn on Kanis Road on a Tuesday, and it was after 7 pm, and we wanted to eat somewhere close by. Mexican sounded good, and we found Senor Tequila only a couple minutes away. The restaurant was easy to find but parking could be challenging if you have a large vehicle. The restaurant is located in a strip mall type location and isn't too fancy looking. Once inside, we were seated quickly and our server was friendly and attentive. I ordered the Shrimp Enchiladas, which is three large Enchiladas covered with a creamy cheese sauce and served with a portion of Mexican rice. My wife ordered the Ranchero Special, which is a mixed grilled beef, chicken and shrimp served over rice with a cheese sauce. Both were delicious and well prepared! Some of the best Mexican cuisine I've had in a while. They also serve an excellent house margarita: small or medium. I ordered medium because, why not. The medium was huge! So, get a small if you don't want a lot of margarita. The only downside is that the restaurant seems to be the watering hole for locals, and they were getting pretty intoxicated even on a Tuesday night! We were seated next to a couple and their single girlfriend. The girlfriend was several drinks deep and regaled us all with her failing love life with very explicit descriptions. We could have asked to be seated elsewhere but we probably still would have heard her. Anyway, except for the bar-like atmosphere, this is a really great place to try. read more

Much better experience this time. Even the lunch specials have plenty of food. We ordered nachos tequila as an appetizer then lunch fajitas. We are taking home enough food for two more meals! The server was most attentive and friendly. We did not sit next to the kitchen this time so that was a plus in itself! We will come back. read more

Quality of food still very low which was fine when they had prices that reflected that. same tasteless food but the prices are way too high. Way, Way, Way too high. Adios Senor!!!!!!! Not going back read more

Senor Tequilas has always been my favorite Mexican restaurant. I love all of them, but several years ago when I worked in LR, we'd go for lunch on University and get the same waiter and he always remembered my menu exactly. Always a joy to go back! read more

Mexican cuisine is my wife's favorite. We have been to everyone that I know of in our area. Señor Tequila is close to the Sam's Club we frequent about 30 miles from our home. We were very pleased with the entire dining experience. We were seated right away and the chips and salsa were brought out almost before we sat down all the way. Our server was very pleasant and efficient. My wife's go to meal is the chicken chimichanga. I like to try a variety of meals so it's usually something different every time. I really like fajitas, but I like to have my vegetables cooked longer than they normally cook them. I don't care for them crunchy in my fajitas. I finally quit ordering fajitas in most restaurants because they rarely came out like I like them and I seldom if ever send food back to be recooked. So, I ordered the fajitas here and requested them to be cooked extra. I was elated when they came out perfectly and in very generous portions. We have no complaints about this visit whatsoever. I'm certain my wife will request Señor Tequila again next time we go to Sam's Club. read more

I like to start a review on a positive note. The chips are thick and flavorful served with a piquant hearty salsa. Both were enjoyable. That the extent of the good discussion. We ordered the lunch specials. My wife's came with rice OR beans. The server FAILED to inquire about her preference. So, when rice arrived she onstage wanted beans. The server then stated "you ordered rice". She replied "no I did not". The server then stated, "Well he ordered it". When I replied no I did not he was DISMISSIVE and FAILED TO EVEN OFFER beans as an option. It's a good thing my wife grabbed the check. I would have left home a dime tip with a note, "next time offer the lady the beans". So, one and done with this place. Oh, the food.... Bland, tasteless and unappetizing appearance. read more

This is our local go to spot for fajitas and margaritas. The portions are very generous! White cheese dip is always great. Servers are attentive. Happy hour menu each day is different but the same each week. The Sr Tequila Fajitas are our favorite - steak, chicken, shrimp, chorizo, and ribs along with the normal vegetables. If this doesn't fill you up, I don't know what will! read more

I just finished my day shift at the hospital and was hungry. I wanted to try this restaurant since I usually go to Senior Tequila in Cantrell. I ordered cheese dip and fajita. I came home feeling exhausted and took a shower and opened the bag and found out they forgot tortillas. How do you eat fajita without tortilla? I called the restaurant if they can refund me that portion of my order since I didn't want to drive all the way back to the restaurant again back and forth for 25 min after I took shower. They told me they can't refund that portion and told me to come to pick it up at the restaurant. Driving another 25 min for tortilla? But, they forgot to put the order in my bag at first place. I wanted to have a relaxing night after a hard day at the hospital but this whole experience was really frustrating . Very inconvenient! Their service lacks quality. read more

It's not the greatest, but it's not bad. Atmosphere is decent. It's clean and decorated nicely. Service was fine. Food is decent. We'd come back if in the area and had a hankering for Mexican. read more

Best Tex-Mex food around! Fast service and mango margaritas!! Fun atmosphere... prices are fair...

Solid Spaniard food. Decent spice, spice brings my Cajun people life and we praise God almighty Jesus for seasoning and the Mexicans. If politicians/media didn't constantly try use the amigos as a political point there would be no problem. read more

Absolutely the best Mexican food I've had in a while. We ordered through Door Dash and our food was still hot when it got to us. I ordered the fajita taco salad with chicken and beef. I poured cheese dip over it and delicious does not begin to describe it. The meats were tender as were the veggies. The cheese dip has a garlic taste which personally I prefer. Plus, usually when you order cheese dip, you get a very small container and a handful of chips. When you order from ST, you get not 1 but TWO bags of chips and a pint sized container of cheese dip. If you are looking for excellent Mexican cuisine, this is the place for you! read more

This food was pretty good and the service was alright too. Our food was served INCREDIBLY fast, which was awesome! This food was a bit different from what I usually expect of Mexican food, but then again I'm from California so maybe they do things differently around here. I still enjoyed the food though. read more

Good food and service! Margaritas are the Best! Very reasonably priced. Perfect Ambience for date night or with large group/family.

A Must!!!! After 5 hrs of driving we stopped here, looking for something familiar to eat. We were so surprised with the quick service to seat us down, they did not hesitate to accommodate our party of 9. Our server Sandra was GREAT!!! Received us with a smile, and attended to us the same way all through our stay. Prices are reasonable, we come from Texas and it was definitely wallet friendly. Kids menu was good, kids enjoyed their food (we have picky eaters) the food was delicious, my parents are 100 percent Mexican and loved the food, the whole atmosphere in general was great! Bathrooms were cleaned!!! That was a big plus for us specifically for our little people!!! read more

Felt like having Mexican food and spotted this restaurant in the corner of a shopping strip. Parking lot was full so thought they must have a good reputation. We were seated immediately. Of course chips and salsa came out. The salsa was just ok. Ordered Chicken fajitas and chicken tortilla soup. Wow. Best we had in a while. The cook here knows how to cook!! The chicken and veggies weren't over sautéed. Seasoning wasn't over salted. The soup was crazy delicious. Had fresh avocados in it. Again the seasoning wasn't over salted like many Mexican dishes at other places. Will definitely recommend this place. read more

It's a chain, again, but it's super consistent in every location I've been - although this one is a particular favorite! PROS: Great prices, big portions, awesome service, HUGE beers! Seriously, huge, calling it on Friday after a long week? $5 gets you a liter of Dos Equis Amber. A liter. You know those big soda bottles? Half of one of those. And it's all yours. Don't let anyone tell you different. Also, the food is consistent, with good chips and salsas and standard passable Mexican food. It's not going to knock your socks off, but it will sure fill you up :) CONS: Again, it's a chain, and the interior in this location is on the dark side and feels a bit like a quiet sports bar with a fraction of the TV's. And, back to the food, it's just ok. It's not going to be your favorite, or anything terribly new, but it's satisfying. read more

Food is always good. Prices normally good but CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. In going through my receipts I notice I was charged almost double for two items. I'll show them next time I'm there. I asked them about it at the time and they said it was right. But in comparing to their menu it's not. read more

Decent Mexican food, nice people. Nothing unique or special- just quick and convenient. But the bathrooms are DISGUSTING at the Bowman Rd. Location. We had to stop going there with my kids bc they would always have to use the restroom and it's just too gross. read more

Went in on a Friday evening where there was a little bit of wait. For price, Senor Tequila really can't be beat... They offer decent food at a really good price... However it was really dark in there and I actually had to hold a flash from a camera phone (photo included) so my friend could see her food as she ate... We did get moved after my first request attempt was ignored... To break it down: Food = 3* Value = 4* Service/Atmosphere = 0.5* read more

Awesome food and large portions! My husband and I came here and ordered the Señor Tequila Fajitas (double). We were incredibly unprepared for the amount of food we were going to get!! The chips and salsa were also soo good! read more
