When I asked her about a jacket and if she could do it how long it would take and she told me 10 days I asked her if she could possibly do it in an eight she said she cannot tell me anything unless she sees it and I said okay I'll be there in 20 minutes and she hung up on me she was very curt and exasperated when I was talking to her when I brought it to her she barely looked at the jacket and immediately told me she couldn't do it she didn't even want to discuss it she just dismissed me and walked away and started working horrible person I don't care how desperate I am I would never bring anything to her read more

Was in need of some sewing for a uniform and so happy I found someone in the local area. The owner is so nice and she does great work. The shop is conveniently located near downtown Vass and the prices are great. My only complaint was that I was told to pick up on a certain day and my things were not ready when I came to pick up. Sun was very unprofessional and rude!!! New to the area and in search of a seamstress for my alterations. Had 4 casual dresses to be hemmed and sides taken in. Went in and tried the dresses on, she pinned the dresses for alteration. I went by the next day to confirm one of the dresses hem length. I was given my items back and told I was taking too much of her time and I'd need to fine someone else to do my alterations. Even with a 2 week turn around time, she continued to tell me she was too busy and didn't have time for me or my pieces. She even removed all the pins she originally marked for alteration. She was so nasty rude and appeared to hate her job!! Not how you should treat a new client at all or any client for that matter!! read more
