This is the placew for patchwork fabrc with over six thousand different fabrics sotcked at any one time. The advice is excellent and machines and cabinets are also stocked This is definetly more than a holiday drop in sport clients travel a long distance to shop here. Patchwork classes are also offered aT ALL LEVELS. read more

This is a lovely quaint little shop in a beautiful shopping street. I love wandering around looking…read moreat the beautiful things they sell. They have a full range of sewing and other craft items, with lots of lovely nick nacs. It is a very expensive shop and not somewhere I could afford to shop on a regular basis. The lady that owns the shop is lovely and very helpful when you visit, she is very knowledgeable about many aspects of craft and sewing.

I love going to the sewing centre its like a sweet shop full of goodies that I want to take home with me the staff are helpful and the choice of fabric is mind blowing the price is nearly half what you would pay in patchwork and quilting shops so I get all my stash for the coming months from here. I try to go 2 or 3 times a year ,then we go for fish and chips at the golden grid on the sea front,perfect day out. hope you find this little gem as its saved me loads of money.it has all the popular fabric desiners. regards lisa read more

I love this shop, warning . take plenty of money ,so so many bargains, batik to [dye] die for !!!!!! The most gorgeous cotton fabrics in so many colours and now they even stock Moda at only £ 9.99. The staff are amazing ,so helpful pointing out new lines. A quilters paradise not to be missed if you are in scarborough read more
