Professional staff did intake, questions, BP/temp etc, and swabbed my throat. She was friendly, efficient, professional and caring. The APRN, Stephanie, came in ,examined me, ordered more tests and talked with me about symptoms. All of this was in the first 20 minutes or less I was there. I found every staff person to be professional, knowledgeable, kind, and caring. There was no rushing me. They took their time to assess my health status. They discussed treatment with me and proceeded to order medication. I was probably there less than an hour and some of that was just waiting for test results. If you want good quality urgent care this is the place to go. I know I will return there if I need an urgent care.

They handed us a pre-treatment estimate and assured us that this was what we were going to owe. We paid exactly what they told us. Five months later, we received a surprise bill for hundreds of dollars because they underestimated what insurance would cover. After speaking with our insurance company, we found out Fallbrook never submitted a pre-treatment estimate to insurance at all. Instead, they gave us an estimate they "came up with" on their own, without ever checking with insurance. They demanded we pay for their mistake. Shady business. To make things even worse, they didn't offer any kind of payment plan to help with the unexpected charges. Completely unprofessional and frustrating to no end. Only ever talked to one girl at the reception desk and she was not helpful at all. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. I've already shared our experience with many people, and several have canceled their appointments because of what happened to us. Avoid this place. They do not value honesty or their patients.

During a phone call, a staff member actually said to me: "Do you even understand how we are not getting paid and how we then did this work for free?" If I was treated this way, I worry that other patients -- especially those who don't feel able to speak up -- may be experiencing the same kind of disrespect. When I mentioned I was traveling abroad, the staff used that against me, saying they had to collect immediately or else they wouldn't be able to "get a hold of me." A neutral assumption would have been: "She's traveling, she'll be back." Everyone who travels eventually comes back -- that's what made their comment so strange. But instead, their words implied suspicion -- as if I couldn't be trusted to return and pay. That assumption made me feel singled out and racially profiled. What made this especially insulting is that I had already given them my Social Security number -- the most official form of identification there is. Yet they still claimed they 'couldn't reach me.' What did they think, that it was fake? That kind of suspicion reveals not just disrespect but racial bias -- because if I were someone else, would they have made the same assumption? As if I could just vanish without consequences, when in reality I'm a responsible adult with a verifiable identity. When I found out my insurance had already paid and that the office caused the issue by using the wrong address, they didn't apologize. I have PCOS and despite a healthy diet and daily exercise, have been unable to get rid of the "PCOS belly". Dr. Henry is one of the doctors I sent an inquiry to over the weekend, expecting a phone call to discuss a consult. Instead, I received a text the following Monday asking the following: do I smoke or vape, do I have diabetes, and what is my height and weight. I responded that I did not smoke nor have diabetes, and provided my height and weight. They denied me by text message only based on BMI (which hasn't been used an an accurate measurement in healthcare in years). People have different body types. I'm in good shape with the exception of this PCOS belly and they didn't even take the time to meet with me or visibly see me prior to telling me I had to lose weight first. This IS the weight I CANT lose - and why I'm looking to have the procedure. Happy to bring my business elsewhere, and hoping folks reading this do the same. I've talked to another facility who's been very helpful and have an in person consult.
