Would have given 5 stars but for the sullen staff member that served me, didn't raise a smile once even though I was very pleasant, didn't advise me of prices before inflating balloons, didn't ask me what coloured ties/strings I wanted or in what order I wanted the balloons on the ties. When I had paid she didn't even look up when I said thank you and goodbye. Not great customer service really. The other times I have gone I had been served by someone else and they were very nice and talked me through all my options with the balloons. 1 metallic helium balloon and 2 pearlized happy birthday balloons on the ties with weight cost £8.10.

I must say that all the staff were totally fab , and so friendly and most of all honest. If I put on a dress that was nt right they said in a very nice way . I had gone in there looking for something plain and low key , but ended up with something quite the opposite, and wow what a dress I had , it was beautiful,and I wouldnt of even tried it if it had nt of been for Jennie, encouraging me to try all kinds of styles and colours and taking the time to show me how to make the most of each gown,she was a star.It was a very exciting time for me and they all joined in the excitement and made sure my mum and sister-in-law ,who were with me , felt a part of it at all times.Emma the hairdresser and make-up lady was FANTASTIC and is a complete assett to them on the day she was so calm and so in control and I actually found her very,very reasonable,unlike a lot of salons who automatically treble their prices once you put "wedding "in front of hair and make up.
