When you enter you are greeted with hand sanitizer and a brief message regarding their COVID-19 policies. There are arrows throughout the store regarding the flow of shopping traffic, only one person is allowed at the register at a time, clothing try-ons (as well as the dressing room) are disinfected prior to returning to the sales floor, and there are limitations with returns to ensure the safety of future shoppers. I enjoyed being able to shop leisurely and have a relaxing retail therapy session while also knowing that the current pandemic is being taken seriously and my safety was a top priority.

This store is a nice touch! However, be aware of the lady working at the jewelry section. She isn't very nice and takes away from the welcoming feel. Hopefully she was just having a bad day and is much better now. I won't reflect this in my rating of the store, because every business has a bad hire that slips through occasionally. Other than that, well done Callahan's! I will be back.
