Having dealt with many tradesmen in the past, it's really a hit and miss to know you're getting a good job done as well as not being taken for a ride with the cost. I found my experience with Service Heroes to be a very positive one. I called about two electricians prior to calling them and both of the previous electricians were so unprofessional on the phone it's not funny. I'm turned off by small things and if you can't provide good service, why are you in business? Well. I then called Service Heroes, they were a breath of fresh air. I spoke to a friendly young lady who was extremely helpful and guided me regarding the whole process of replacing my existing lights to LED downlights. The next day, the electrician arrived on the dot and explained the whole process to me, he gave me a breakdown on cost also. There was a fee involved, but honestly I wouldn't expect anyone to come for an hour for free. I ended up having the job done, it was completed within 2 hours the next day. The lights work well and I'm a very happy customer. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for a good quality electrician in Sydney. Lost power to my home at some point during the night while we were sleeping. It was so upsetting because we had no hot water or power to the fridge. I rang Service Heroes who came out within an hour of ringing! They were able to quickly determine the cause of the issue and provide a temporary fix to get us by until they were able to get out their level 2 technician Gary! Turns out our previous electrician had left a couple things non-compliant. Not a massive issue and not the cause but it was good to know! Service Heroes provided an exceptional service from start to finish, they were one well - oiled machine. The people who served me in the office were polite, courteous and very well mannered. They answered all my questions and truly tended to all my concerns. They frequently updated me on job progress and even sent me a follow-up text 30 minutes before arrival. They even gave me a follow-up call 2 weeks after the job just to check in and make sure I was still satisfied, and let me tell you I was. If this wasn't good enough the actual job that the tradesman did was second to none, they installed my air conditioner perfectly and even cleaned up afterwards leaving my house looking nicer than it was before! Very happy with the team at service heroes. We are renovating our house, and the carpenters urgently needed to have the water heater removed as it was in the way of the new deck. We found service heroes online, called them and the plumber was here within the hour. He inspected the problem and provided us with an immediate solution. Within 3 hours the carpenters were back on the tools and the new hot water system was in, which was much smaller, more efficient and practical then the old solution. 10/10 for customer service 10/10 for value 10/10 for efficiency 10/10 for follow up (they called me after to make sure I was happy with the job) Would Strongly recommend this team to my friends and family. Today, The man from Service Heroes came to my home to fix a broken water main (after the plumber I initially booked failed to show). He was on time, fixed the pipe in 5 minutes and was reasonably priced.
