Fake apology, guaranteed, told him how bad he was, and I would be letting people know. My daughter is a student at JMU and has been suffering with back pain and tingling in her legs…read more Urgent care referred her to Dr. Hess and we were so happy to get in to see him within the same week. She arrived at her appointment, he didn't listen to her complaints, NEVER touched or examined her back, and told her "it's probably a disc, go to Physical Therapy." She called me very upset, how is she supposed to go to PT with no diagnosis? What if it caused more damage than good without knowing what it was? She ended up coming home and we went to our primary care who did x-rays and diagnosed her with degenerative disk disease. This will be an ongoing issue she will need to manage and have a Doctor who is on her side and not treating her as a dumb child (she's a legal adult). I can tell you it will NOT be Dr. Hess or Sentara Health Care.

I was diagnosed with three herniated lumbar discs and spinal stenosis. I had to give up all of my active hobbies and switch jobs, and my physical and mental health suffered. After spinal steroid injections, surgical consultations, PT, acupuncture, massage, yoga, etc., my osteopath recommended I try one more round of PT before surgery. I am so thankful I chose Move Right and Dr. Jason!! After 20 visits I am in better shape and my pain is more manageable than at any time in the last four years. I had atrophy from a broken wrist and had limited motion. Brian knew just the right exercises that I needed and I now have full range of motion. A year later I fell and broke my humerus. And before I even picked my doctor, I was on the phone with Barren Ridge Physical Therapy to let them know what had happened and to see what I needed to do to set me up for full recovery.
