I brought my Grandparents here after a hospital jaunt as one of their church friends recommended it.
The decor is lovely, someone has taken serious effort to sort the place out, full of wood, mismatched chairs, prisms, geometrics, copper and succulents- so as nice as it is, it will date quickly if they haven't devised a cunning way to keep up with other trends.
Drinks were ordered immediately, and then it was a very long wait before they took our food order, but then that came quickly.
The prices and presentation seem to be more of an attempt at gastro pub than the actual food itself, although it is adequate. It's like they've done it on a budget, but kept the prices the same.
To quote my grandfather; "It's like they've been watching too much TV, and that you've got one of those display versions instead of an actual meal". read more
