I have no worries while I'm at work because they send updates through an app throughout the day.

They do it anonymously, so you don't have a prove of who did it and child services don't tell you who reported you, upon enrolling I provided school with my second home address which we have listed up for sale and it's the address that cps were provided with, so it makes it clear who reported me as an abusive parent for no reason ( because he had two small bruises on his ankle or shin which my son told child worker he got from his friend in school , plus he's perfectly active maybe he got it from riding bicycle etc..) I hope who ever reads this makes right conclusions , I am very proud of myself posting this review instead of being embarrassed or feeling humiliated , I'm sure people need know how this day care operates and learns from my mistakes. After touring this primrose location, my husband and I loved the atmosphere and decided to enroll…read moreour 14 month old daughter and went back on Tuesday January 20th to complete enrollment paperwork. While my husband was filling out docs, I walked my daughter through the school hallway to keep her busy and when I looked into the 16M+ classroom (the classroom she would be joining), I witnessed the teacher yank a little boy by his arm. She pulled him from above the elbow and his legs were not touching the ground. Not only that we heard her yell at a child in the classroom to "SIT DOWN" very aggressively before this. It was loud enough that we heard it from the sitting room in the front. The directors assistant went into the classroom to check what was going on. Needless to say, we did not enroll our daughter into this school and left shortly after. I let the director know what I had seen and we left. I later got a phone call from the director explaining what I had seen was redirection from the teacher and that she had been at "this school for 4 years" and said words like "appeared" and "perceived". There is no excuse for a teacher to yell at babies in this way. There is no excuse for someone to pull a child in the way that she did. She could have caused an injury and dislocated his shoulder. I did not get another phone call and I don't know if this incident was reported but | feel like it is my responsibility to let anyone looking into this school know what I saw. I still think about that poor child and what his parents might not know. Please do not enroll your children into this school especially if your babies cannot speak to you and let you know what kind of treatment they are getting. What I saw has affected me and we are lucky enough to be able to keep our girl at home with us and delay day care.

The Nanda Learning Center is great with communicating with what is needed, I.e more diapers and wipe, to communicating any situation that may have occurred during the day. The center is also has very strict COVID guidelines and managed to get our son to wear a mask the entire day. I am very happy with our son's progress and development. The director is young and inexperienced and hasn't been given the appropriate training or guidance in her position. She could thrive if she was given these skills. However, parents are spoken to passive aggressively, bribed with writing positive reviews to get $100 removed from 1 weeks tuition, the handbook is shoved down our throats, but not even followed by the center. I'm so disheartened by the way Nanda's went down hill. We're grateful to be parting ways with Nanda's and wish the director gets what she needs to be successful, have the kids treated kindly, and build the morale of the childcare center.

Hats off! I absolutely LOVE getting the pictures of my little one on a daily basis so I can see him and updates throughout the day about his meals - how much he ate, diaper/potty updates, activities, etc. They use an app called KidReports (they used to use PreciouStatus which I liked better but this is still fairly new) this is used to report out updates and information which I think is very helpful and adds some peace of mind to our days while away from him. This Minnieland is incredibly organized with a curriculum for each age group, menu and communications sent out on a weekly or recurring as needed basis. Of course when little kiddos start they are more reserved about getting dropped off but the staff opens their arms and hearts to the kids and we feel so happy knowing they are taken care of while we are at work. Included are various activities as well such as Ice Cream truck days (truck pulls up and you grab your ice creams upon leaving, or sundae making upon parent pickup on occasion, holiday activities and Trunk or Treat (decorate vehicles at Halloween and the kids get to trick/treat in the parking lot) among other events too that are fun for the kids and families. Everbrook Academy of Gainesville has been a Godsend for our family. If I could give this daycare…read moremore stars, I would. We were part of Everbrook before Ms Tina made the courageous decision to shut the school down and clean up shop. She really got rid of the drama, cleaned up the space, and made it into a professional daycare/school. During the time it was shut down, we went to Everbrook Bristow which was great but too far away for our family. We then went to another daycare.... And the experience was awful. We were in a school which teachers did not engage with the children and did not care when children were fighting in the classroom. Our daughter started having nightmares, picking up these unwanted behaviors, and started having the most intense tantrums. I reached out to Principal Tina, she sat down with my husband and I for a couple hours while we explained the situation and what we needed help with. Ms Tina assured us we would be a team and Everbrook would be professional at all times. And let me tell you, we have a completely different child in about a month of coming back to Everbrook. My child's language abilities have exploded! She's 2 and asking "can I play with you?". She also says many 3-4 word sentences. Her behavior has immensely improved and we have not had ANY nightmares! Her teacher, Ms Huesna, really knows what she's doing. I see her down engaging with the kids and creating activities for the kids to learn all the time! Everbrook Academy of Gainesville is where you want to send your children for them to THRIVE!

TLE is the best local preschool. The teachers are fantastic and you can tell they love their jobs…read moreand the children, not just in the way they approach their work, but the details. For example, when Ms. Brittany served my child breakfast, she drew a smiley face on the pancake with syrup. The curriculum is well designed and offered by corporate, including an app for children to practice what they learn at home. The app is also excellent for routine communication regarding potty training, what has been served/eaten at mealtimes, and daily activities. It's nice to know what my child did that day so that we can talk about it! The summer months also include a range of events (we aren't field trip aged yet) like ice cream and snow cone trucks, fitness camp, magicians, zoo to you, and water play days. I love that the food is provided. It is one less thing to worry about--running out the door and only having to remember a water bottle is amazing. Each breakfast includes a main, a side of fruit, and milk. Each lunch includes a main dish, a side of fruit, a side of vegetables, and milk. Afternoon snack includes two things and typically includes a fruit, veggie, or protein source. Everything at TLE is extremely clean, the toys are in good condition, there is a variety of books, the floors are clean, and even the handprints on the front glass door are cleaned daily (sorry, some of them are my child's). The playground areas are very nice--each has a slide, but the older children's area also has scooters and bikes. Both have astroturf, which I appreciate because there are no dirt or grass stains when my child comes home. Each playground also has a shaded area with picnic tables. The events are an added bonus. They are free to families and it's nice to chat and connect with others in your child's class. I also recognize that the teachers know my child and greet her by name. They also do different things to appreciate the parents and families like monthly take home dinner nights or sometimes breakfast on the go. We definitely feel appreciated and like part of a community. We toured other locations and also enrolled at a different preschool before switching to TLE and can't imagine a better fit or trusting anyone else to do what they do.

Over the years I have seen some pretty amazing things; both positive and negative, but overall I am very picky about how children are treated because I am in the business. I know what is possible, and I know what is reasonable to expect. In regards to Kindercare Sully Station, I cannot recommend this center enough! I am truly amazed at the service this center provides. Specifically, their cleanliness and customer service are off the charts. I've never seen a public school or daycare center this clean; I've never witnessed or experienced such incredible customer service before. I would give KinderCare Sully Station 6 stars if I could! My daughter started at Sully Station KinderCare this spring; I was immediately impressed by the manager. He gave us unlimited, undivided 1:1 time and attention while on a tour through the center. He answered all questions quickly and with a deep knowledge of children and the business. I noticed a close relationship with children, parents, and staff members. I was impressed at how clean the infant room is, and how the staff seemed very happy and polite throughout the center. Over the next couple of months, Sully Station KinderCare continued to WOW me with individualized care for my daughter and perfect customer service. Any individualized need my daughter has is provided; any quirky Mom-request I have is fulfilled promptly. As mentioned in other reviews, Mrs. G is, in fact, AMAZING. I hope corporate knows what an incredible employee they have. Seriously KinderCare, "put a ring on it" LOL. Soon after we arrived, our center got a new manager, Ms. A, and she is incredible as well! Ms. A is as good as they come; she is polite, professional, direct, and she takes excellent care of both children AND PARENTS! I've personally witnessed Ms. A order pizza for children who were stuck inside because their field trip was canceled on a rainy day. I've witnessed her handle delicate situations quickly and with understanding and grace. I've seen her roll up her sleeves and clean with her employees. The KinderCare team at Sully Station is AMAZING! I am thankful to have found such an incredible place for my daughter to learn and grow.

It seems that she makes up the rules as she goes since she is the owner (the handbook changes once again with every scenario). There is no professionalism and decency when being involved with this daycare. Please do not send your child here if you want to avoid any headaches. My child no longer comes here after attending for about 7 months. We are so glad that we switched daycares. Some of the issues include limited nutritious food options, and my child coming home with diaper rashes constantly due to the diaper area not being cleaned well. The staff would also misplace or lose our items, and not provide enough pictures in the Procare app. when they said they would. One real big concern involves my child always getting bit by other children and the staff doesn't have very good preventative methods (at least 6 incidents occurred and I have all of the paperwork). This daycare likes to change their policies without advance notice (fees and operation hours). There are a few staff members that do care about the children, but there are others that see it as just a job. I've seen staff come and go like a revolving door. They haven't been open for a long time, and they still have a lot to learn and implement. The outdoor playground is not so clean either. Some of the staff also displayed cultural bias. I suggest every parent do their research before finding a good daycare. It's obvious that we didn't do enough research at the time and only went by the Google reviews this daycare offered. There are Google reviews that some of the staff submitted as well to increase their rating.
