We had a particularly troublesome vehicle that we had owned from new, it had a few issues here and there over the years but a recall on the battery turned it into a rolling fire risk and reliability nightmare. But as I was unable to get the dealership to take responsibility for selling me a Lemon (all they had to do was put me in another vehicle) I felt my case was unique. I would not recommend this firm. Once you sign the retainer, communication becomes nearly impossible. They rarely answer calls, and getting a response from the attorney is a challenge. The level of customer service is disappointing, and it feels more like a high-volume 'mill' rather than a firm that genuinely cares about its clients. Contacted this law firm a few days ago in response to an instagram advertisement. The advertisement stated that this law firm helps with carmax cases. Upon presenting my case, I was asked a bunch of questions, which I answered promptly. Then I was told that I could not be helped because the risk is greater than the reward because they have not heard of my situation. So when I asked for another option and any other suggestions in how to provide the document they require to move forward, I was denied once again. This company false advertises their service that they will help with Carmax cases. They do not accept all variables and will only help if they feel like they can gain something from you. All cases have their own unique individual situation. So just because a certain case in't to their liking is no reason to deny a potential customer. They denied my lemon law claim! I went to a different firm and realized I did qualify. The guy who called me said that I didn't qualify because my car warranty was up after 5 years and 60,000 miles which wasn't the case for my car! I have a CPO CERTIFIED PRE OWNED meaning 7 year warranty and 100,000 miles. As I tried to explain this the guy said I must've bought an extended warranty and talked over me. They clearly don't care about they're clients or customer service and just jump to the next number in line. Go to someone that actually cares to help you.
