very bad customer service, bought one thing there a dry herb vaporizer, that didnt even work brand…read morenew out of box and even after charging, brought it back for exchange, fine guy behind counter swaps it and trades out old unit for a new unit with same problem which was it dont work after charging, went back to exchange it again, now they wont exchange, and after i offered to pay more for a better one thinking brand was bad, that was not going to work guy behind counter says his absent boss said to tell me I'm force you to send off, a brand new vaporizer for servicing, by a technician no less, that never worked since they gave it too me, and conveniently they don't do refunds , all in all bad experience, i wouldnt recommend them for dry herb vaporizers go to Happy Dayz or Liquid Chrome they treat people like people who know how to treat customers, unlike Phatboy e-vapes who have forever lost any future business.
