Went in other day because I had good luck buying CBD vape cartridges elsewhere in the city and wanted to try someplace closer to home. Went in and asked what they had, got a pretty standard "we have this this and this" and storekeep really didn't have any opinions on which ones to buy. Didn't know prices either. Picked one and tried at home for a day. Awful stuff. Felt like I was huffing burnt plastic and lighter fluid. Oil was leaking out of the tank. Felt no discernable benefit and got a slight headache everytime I used it. I Have not had this experience with other cartridges and have never felt like it was shredding my lung tissue before. Took back to store because this product was of low or defective quality. Was told no refund and no exchanges because I'd already used it. Yeah, how else was I going to find out it was cooking oil? Place is just a mediocre run of the mill New York smoke shop -- maybe one step above the bodega -- and should probably stay away from selling products they haven't researched. Especially if it could damage the health of their clientele.

When I bought the vape, the employee said to keep the receipt if I have any problems with the vape then they will replace it. I went in today to get the malfunctional vape replaced, but that didn't happen. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes for the manager to come in and inspect the vape, only to offer me a 10% discount on my next purchase. Keep in mind, this was after the staff and manager admitted the vape was leaking. After trying to bargain, I was able to get 15% off my next purchase. For comparison, most other dispensaries offer a full exchange in my experience for the defective vape. The whole 5 day warranty the staff pitches is bogus. This will be the last time I give Etain my business.

I visited your Harlem location around that time. Check yourself. He was belligerent, screaming, insulting me. Why? I literally said I did not like interacting with the other security guard and OTHER CUSTOMERS also have that complaint according to your own cashier. He exploded. Hey Q? Check the footage. Usman was aggressive as hell and I've known him for years. I think he was drunk. Embarrassing to ban a regular over your own staff. Why was your security yelling at me for appropriately giving feedback on a staff member (security) with given anecdotes? The guy yelling, unman, claimed I was a liar. I have no reason to lie. I've been your client for more than six years. This has devolved more and more as a business with customer service. Joke of a dispensary. I spent literally thousands over the years there. I don't even want to add it up. But they knew me, they knew my dog. I was a regular. Again? The core of the issue? I spent so much money there. And they dispose of me because their security guard is under the influence, and it's morphed to be my problem? Ok. Don't be fooled. Do not give this shop your money. Did you know housing works has a dispensary? Google it. Do that instead. These people are gross thieves that I've overlooked as thieves because of the convenience. They're not even good people. Don't buy here.
