The technician worked about an hour and a half and thought we had a problem taken care of. The technician left. About two hours later it started acting up again. I called her after hours phone number . They came back out last night worked again for about another hour and a half was able to find the problem and fix it. I called for service regarding a water filter system that Aireserve had previously installed along with a water softener system that they also installed. Jeremy arrived exactly when he said he would and dismantled and replaced a faulty water filter housing and securely mounted the new system to the wall so that the changing of the filter would be easier for me to do...it involved removing and rerouting the Pex piping that was in place and installing a new housing that we provided.Jeremy took the time to explain what and why what he did was necessary and instructed me on the steps to replace the filter and how often. Jeremy then primed my saline tank and gave me instruction on how to maintain my softener system. Jeremy then drained out water tank to rinse out any sediment that may have amassed in the water heater. Jeremy was very courteous and cleaned up after himself when he was done and made the overall visit painless and informative. I would highly recommend Airserver/Mr.Rooter plumbing to anyone that needs fast,informative and courteous service in there home for all your plumbing and hvac needs!

We scheduled a time for our dryer vents to be cleaned. Eric showed up an hour late. When they were…read morefinished, lint was everywhere including under the dryer before he pushed it back in its place. He didn't reconnect our dryer vents which we didn't realize until the next morning when we turned it on and lint blew out the top. We noticed that our washing machine lid was caved in so we checked our ring camera. Eric (who isn't a small guy by any means) was using the washing machine as a step ladder to reach the vents. Our washing machine is less than a year old. We called to talk to the owner and Eric showed up unannounced when my wife was home. He denied anything happened even though we had proof it happened, which I would be glad to attach to anyone asking. He tried "fixing" the problem by forcefully punching the dent on the washing machine lid from the inside so hard that this threw off the sensor on the lid door. My wife told him that she was uncomfortable and he needed to leave. We sent videos of what happened to the owner Marc Anderson. Marc blew us off, didn't apologize, didn't offer any refund. He showed up unannounced without calling beforehand when we weren't home, saying he was trying to make it right, but couldn't schedule a proper time to come over. We were more than patient, but my mind was blown by this whole experience. The whole ordeal was $200 (not including the damage to the dryer.) Stay away from this company.
