They showed up on time, didn't take very long to complete the job and THEY moved the big "stuff" (furniture etc). When they were done the furniture was placed on foam blocks in the same position as before. The two gentlemen that showed up were very friendly and professional, didn't try to sell me on anything. After the fact we were recommended to use Servpro to provide us with the reconstruction side of things. Our incident happened 01/24/2024. They were finally able to finish it as of yesterday. These guys made up every excuse they could on why they couldn't do it or they would tell us a certain point someone would be at our house working. After not living in our house for months while we were expecting our first child we came to our unfinished house the night before we headed to the hospital which was in September. We literally would laugh saying what if they weren't done by the time our son was born. Well a side joke between the lady and I came to reality. The guys that we were working with sounded to be huge into family and what not. Well they weren't thinking about us when they gave us a 3 month time frame that evolved over a year. Houses are built before these guys could even fix are issue. Our neighbor even retired last March and rebuilt his whole kitchen before ours was done. The lies we were constantly fed along with no one ever getting back to you. The damage they caused to appliances while working in our house. People taking my own personal belongings out of our garage. The real icing on the cake is that they want to charge us extra money for them having to re-do tasks that they couldn't find anyone competent to do it right in the first place. Sending invoices that are almost 20 grand over what was said in place. The owner can't own up to the fact that their team dropped the ball. Sounds like it's pretty common with these guys. I would advise everyone to not go through them. They will cause you stress physical and emotional stress. Hire someone that will fulfill your needs and take care of you!
