What I appreciated most was that they were super accommodating to some special requests (I asked for no fragrance, so they scheduled us first in the AM) and also worked in cleaning an area rug. Last but not least - we had some intense carpet stains from a previous pet that was very ill at his end of life, and the urine stains kept coming back up (gross I know, but true, it's hard to get out of the padding). Now several weeks post-clean, the carpets still look amazing and there are no signs of pet stains, WIN!! Thank you Josh, Christine, and Andrew!

(Not exaggerated) Andrew was fantastic! I was able to setup the appointment via email with Christine. They sent me a reminder text the night before (loved that) Andrew showed up promptly and made our pet stained carpets absolutely spotless. He was clearly very knowledgable about what he was doing. Could not be happier with Bob's Cleaning and our experience with their staff!

My experience with Rainbow Restoration was extremely disappointing. They first came to my home on…read moreOctober 3rd, and the project still wasn't completed until November 20th--an unacceptable timeline for the type of work that was needed. I had to constantly follow up just to keep anything moving, and the scheduling and coordination from the office were completely disorganized. A few days before they were coming back to my house, I even received a call asking for the status of my project, as if the project manager hadn't been keeping notes on my account. I also called to speak with a general manager about my concerns and never received a call back. To make things worse, Rainbow Restoration didn't even perform the main work in my home--the asbestos remediation team did--yet I was still charged over $1,300. The charge didn't include repairing the wall with drywall or plaster afterward. When I asked about it, I was told it was handled by a different department, would require another inspection fee, and they couldn't give me any idea of their availability. I made it clear from the beginning that I did not want to do any of the repairs myself, so I don't understand why the project manager didn't coordinate all necessary services ahead of time. Now I'm left to either do the wall repairs myself or hire someone else, because I absolutely refuse to use this company again. While the technician who came out was great--professional, friendly, and thorough--the rest of the experience was terrible. I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.
