Disappointing. During the chaos of an out-of-state move, I called servicemaster. My order was not written down correctly, or not explained to the work crew. Rooms were cleaned that did not need cleaning; rooms that needed cleaning were not cleaned. When I called the first time, there was no returned call. The second call resulted in 1 of 3 rooms being refunded. I did not feel that the company was flexible or open to feedback. read more
