Kept my chainsaw for 2 months saying he was having trouble getting the throttle cable. It's a Husqy and I could get it on Amazon in 1 day. Old boy wouldn't answer the phone and going to his shop at his house it's obvious he's never made any real money at anything. Sad really but reality is that a person just don't start being shotty overnight. He is not reliable nor trustworthy and there a reason he os where he is. He make excuses. At the end he ended up telling me he had to take it to Lexington Mower because he could t fix it after lying to me for weeks. Lex Mower is the Husqy dealer in my town and are just as bad. That's why I didn't take it to them myself. Hang it up old man. Quit pretending you actually do work. I want my money back because the saw still don't run with crap since I got it back from you.

You'll bring in your equipment, they'll write up a ticket for you and hand you a claim tag, and will call you when your repair or maintenance are complete. For me, the cable connecting my push mower "kill bar" and the engine throttle assembly snapped after a good 12 years of service, so not unexpected. This was a minor repair for them, and they already had what was needed to fix it in stock. I also hade them to do an air filter, oil change, and general tune-up, as well as sharpen the blade. They called me a couple days later, ready for pickup. Easy as it could be. I highly recommend this repair shop for all your small engine needs!
