I was out of town so these guys were called in to fix it. They charged $377.00. I later found out that the switch is a $50.00 item and is a plugin. They did not even have to remove a screw to install it. Then when we got back in town the switch had come loose from its mount so I called them in to repair it. While working on the switch they broke the one they had installed but said that it was not under warranty since it had been more than 90 days. They wanted to get me for another $377.00 I am sure, but I said no and repaired it myself, which is how I know that the switch costs $50.00 and is just a plugin. They just gouge their customers. Don't call this place!

Pelican responded within 20 minutes of my request, scheduled for the next day, and 100% provided a great once-over on my washer and dryer. Nate also gave us some tips on how to keep all of our appliances running smooth in the future. So after paying for a cabinet that we had to take out to put in a different range hood we also then had to research a new range on the internet. They did give us credit for the useless one. Months later my husband noticed a crack in the stovetop. it took a while but they agreed to replace it. We weren't at home when they came and after they left we noticed a chip in our countertop. when i called Chuck agreed they would pay to fix it. I had someone come out and the repair cost $350,but when i called to let Chuck know that the fix was done and that he agreed to pay I never got a call back and never saw the check. This has gone on for 4 weeks now and i have called every other day for 2 of those weeks and he didn't call me back.
