What a joke. You call the number it asks you to hit 3 for customer service then the automated voice…read moregives you a 1-800 number. You call it and sit on hold for hours. Really I just want to talk to someone a real person to find out if some of my mail is still at the office as I'm waiting desperately for it. Pathetic service nobody cares just rather you talk to a virtual assistant. Completely disgusted how this process is. Zero stars.
