The food here is good and they offer both nachos (like the rest of the tommy beans in Santiago) as well as French fries. I am only giving this location a one star because the staff making the burritos seem to really enjoy making fun of the way the "gringos" speak Spanish. I realize that writing this review is not going to change the way that some staff treat people, however at least this might help someone down the road avoid being made fun of. For the record it is not cool to laugh at anyone because they are different. Ironically most people who work in these fast food restaurants are not Chilean, so why would one make fun of a fellow extranjero. We are going to skip this location in the future. I had some sort of soup and a cheese empanada + a coke in a glass bottle. The food comes very quickly, 30 seconds after you order it. I did get some comments about being a foreigner but when they realized I could understand what they were saying we all had a good laugh. My suggestion is to order one item first and then look around the room and see what other people are eating. There is a good chance the locals know better than you what is good. If you are in the area this is a great experience, nothing fancy but really fun to watch their system work like clockwork. They also have seating outside but you loose something sitting down.
