I find the hours of operation posted are incorrect, do not communicate information well, and do not return phone calls.

Poor poor. They're only in it for the money they'll refuse referrals or hold it against you unless…read moreyou go visit them every two weeks which is standard procedure for their practice. Even though you sign up with the medical doctor, which I believe there's only one at the Lakeland center you don't get to see that doctor. They are assign you to a nurse practitioner. I have no issue with nurse practitioners however that's not who I signed up to be with and when I told them I wanted to see the doctor if they told me that he wasn't taking patient. I would most definitely not recommend this to any person. They take advantage of senior citizens and requiring them to come to their office every two weeks even though it's not necessary because they're doing just fine. Any other position would tell you if there's no issues to come back in three months but dedicated is an entirely different. Also they will not refer you out. They want you to see their specialist in their group or in their circle, even though your insurance allows you to see a different doctor as long as they're on the provider list. You look down upon if you ask for a Tele visit. If I was just seeing two weeks ago and everything's going great, why wouldn't Belkis perez allow us to have a Tele visit. My husband is wheelchair bound. He has multiple sclerosis and it's very difficult to get him to the doctor. They say they offer transportation however, if you use the service, you may as well plan I'm sitting at the office waiting for someone to pick you up hours later. Belkis Perez nurse practitioner. find every reason to administer. Celine Ivy, even if your blood pressure is slightly low. She did this to my husband twice, which means that you spend at least another hour to hour and a half depending on if they come back and check on you to see if the IV is completed. The same thing happens when they draw blood they say the nurse will be back. I've waited 45 minutes that was more than enough for me and I just walked out. My strong recommendation is to find another doctor and another medical facility because all the doctors at this or should I say nurse practitioners at this facility it's only doing what they're instructed to do and that is to bring in as much money as you can, regardless of the patient's needs my recommendation is defined a position who listens to you and it's true to the insurance company because this Medical Center is all about the money that they're bringing in from the insurance company. I currently have a grievance filed against Senior, Medical Center.Belkis Perez. For their fraud toward the insurance companies again I recommend you go elsewhere. also, I have COPD. She has denied a referral for me to be seen by a pulmonary doctor. Unless it's someone with the nurse circle, which I don't want because the reviews are poor she said that's all she could do. She also refused to write a prescription for my rescue inhaler. She stated that I didn't need it because I have two other inhalers which I take in the morning and at night. My albuterol inhaler is a rescue inhaler and I most definitely need it. I've now had to take other avenues through the insurance company to get a referral outside of this Medical Center and a prescription for my rescue inhaler so if you ever have an issues with dedicated Senior Medical Center on getting what you need contact your insurance company.

I was in such pain that I couldn't stand it and called my primary doctor for help. The man that came in and announced I was kicked out of the program, was let's say on the rude side and wouldn't even let me speak. I forgot that in the paperwork I signed 8 years ago, I am not allowed to seek help from anyone else. Dumb mistake on my part. Now with my chronic pain getting worse, it was a hard lesson learned. I suffer every day. Dr. Khan is a great doctor. But some what unfair. Trying to get an appointment 2 days earlier was impossible, I got hung up on. Would I recommend this doctor?? Maybe, maybe not. The increased risk of the pain along with my heart condition is not good for me at all.

I was met at the door and was told to wait in line because the lobby was full. The line quickly became quite lengthy with no where for a person with back pain to sit. Even my VET office has a phone check in procedure so you can wait comfortably in your car. So if you want to wait in a long line with no where to sit while in pain, then this is the pain management doctor for you. No common sense found her!

Shouldn't I have to wait 3 months and cut off my right arm to see a "good" doctor? The Watson hospital was a little difficult to navigate so after asking 3 different people and Google maps where to go inside the building... I now know why the said be there 30 mins early "for paperwork" When I got pulled back to the room, his nurse Dominica was really kind, personable and gentle. She certainly seemed knowledgable which put me at ease while she made notes and asked questions. Tick tock! Seemed like I went back in time waiting for the Dr to come back. Looking around the super old timey decor didn't help the long wait. Doctors seem to make us older, but that sorta seems to be the case these days eh? After Dr. Stamp Full come in, he got right to business, asking questions and taking what looked like old script like notes in tiny print. He was extremely through in his questioning. Hopping up on the examination table, feeling his cold hands (*chills*)on my neck as he evaluated the lymph nodes, I did sorta feel at ease knowing that someone so experienced was treating me. Overall, the general feel of the Dr Stamp-full (that's how you pronounce it) is old timey...back to the future sorta Sci fiey...reassurance that you've got knowledge from wise people. Of course though...he sent me for blood work and sent me to some "experts"

The ugliest, nastiest, and worst i have been treated at this facility was Friday. I wrote my appointment time down as 11:30, it was 11:20 though. I arrived at 11:38, Rachelle one of the front desk receptionist, scoffed at me for being late. I accepted that i was in the wrong as i recorded the wrong time. She went to check to see if i could still be seen? No, i had to reschedule. I gave no problem and kindly rescheduled. That was done! My mother who is also a patient there has a prescription from a specialist that is requesting a CT scan. I was asked by the specialist to turn this paper into Trinity so that Trinity can get an insurance approval. Here is the "hold up ugly" I asked Rachelle to see that this paper gets to the referral office it is a test my mothers specialist is requesting to have done. (I am explaining as I am trying to hand the paper to her) Nope! Rachelle has a body language and facial ugliness that is like i am trying to hand her a covid filled bomb. I get the attitude filled response of I am not taking that paper when i don't know what it is. I respond with "i just told you...." i stop in mid repeating myself and step one step to the left and explain to Sarah who has ALWAYS been jovial and pleasant. I explained to Sarah that i do not like Rachelle's attitude and it is very hard to talk to her. I try to hand the same paper to Sarah, never ever having any problems with her. Sarah says "I don't know what you are trying to give me?" Now, i am thinking holy moses, does this paper have so contagious disease that I am not seeing? So Sarah is snotty and rude. (By the way, snotty is a very nasty description i understand but it is spot on in this case) So after a few silent moments and me starting to freak out about this paper and the invisible curse. Sarah explains that the order is in the computer and they recieved it on the 30th. So, no Trinity does not need the paper. So, I did the next best thing i knew to do with a contagious piece of paper, i ripped it up to throw away. It was then Sarah told me that i should have kept it. Oh well, bad moments not bad days. I have another appointment scheduled i will see if the front desk attitudes are better, hopefully so. Sarah has a beautiful smile and laugh not to use them.

I changed derm providers after many content years here, due to the poor reception/scheduling staff. I was 20 minutes late for an appointment and the receptionist would not allow me to "swap places" with whomever got to go in early because of my lapse. Granted my fault and I hate "late", but they seemed to also want to "screw" me by scheduling me really far out (months) even though if I "cold called" for an appointment, I could have gotten in sooner than that. Their behavior was a reflection on the office and I found a better doctor as a result (was easier than going back and biting my tongue. LOL).
