The contractor I had used in 2014 had retired so I needed another top tier painting contractor. The moment Juan arrived I had a very positive feeling about Silver Elite. Juan was professionally dressed, arrived in a very clean and professional appearing vehicle, and presented me with very professionally produced paperwork. A few weeks later Juan arrived and power washed my entire home. Two days later, after the siding was completely dry, his crew arrived in the afternoon and performed the caulking and priming. The following day the entire crew worked from 7:30 to 4:30 with only a lunch break. No radios were blaring, no loud talking, even during lunch. Everyone on the crew was as professional and courteous as Juan. The saying goes, you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a contractor and crew that perform outstanding work and provide a premium service using top quality materials, I can very strongly recommend Silver Elite Painting. Kevan Lesch

The owner, Danny Truillijo gave me a fair quote for painting and also for removing my 30-year-old gutters so I could replace them. They continued to surpass expectations. Frank is SO communicative and informative when it comes to selecting paint colors and project updates with videos along the way. He helped us picked complementary trim and ceiling colors and is great answering any questions or providing advice when asked. We went from a dark brown to a warm white which can't be easy and they helped clean up all wear and tear and sloppy painting done in past. They were done ahead of schedule and their team does great work. You can tell they go the extra mile with prep and execution. Everything looks so fresh and new now. I can't speak enough about working with them!

True to his word, the quote was in my inbox as promised. We chose him based on his questions, comments, and input-plus the price was reasonable! He and his team executed the job in a timely, professional manner, and he kept me updated of their progress the entire time. The end result was an excellent paint job in the colors and sheens that we had chosen. The job site was cleaned up, and the excess paint was labeled. When we do the exterior, we will definitely be choosing ReliaPro again.

Larry and his company recently painted the interior of my place in Tahoe Donner. I am thrilled…read morewith the results! The whole experience with Larry was excellent from the start. As usual, I asked for bids from three companies. Larry was by far the easiest to work with on details and color consultation. He had great advice on accent wall location and color. His crew had good attention to detail, stayed on schedule and labeled all the extra paint very well. All this at the most competitive bid with no surprises or changes to the bid. Thank you Larry!

Our family has counted on Sierra Rainbow for almost 40 years to protect our home in Alpine Meadows…read morefrom the ravages of sun, rain, snow, and cold. Larry and his crew have cheerfully embraced a family dynasty of nitpicking perfectionists and they ALWAYS do it right the first time and every time. Larry is an encyclopedia of paint chemicals, proper preparation, and application. He should have his own TV show: The Paint Guy. But he doesn't just say how it should be done, he does it. Two years ago, Sierra Rainbow stained our 1969 built house for the (sixth) time in October 2015 and it literally just glowed and even today, still glows. Literally, you stop at the road and everyone goes "whoah!!!" Sierra Rainbow stains our decks every two years and that is the only reason we still have the original deck. They just completed the latest staining in September 2016 and the deck looks fantastic. Sierra Rainbow has also refinished the interior of our house five times. I would emphatically recommend Sierra Rainbow as the one and only source for your Tahoe painting needs.

Mastercraft was able to accommodate us before we had to leave town. We had a paint peeling problem on the front siding that we had other painters paint in the past but it kept peeling. Mastercraft strip it down to bare wood, re-primed it and applied a finish coat. Looks a lot better the before, not perfect, but better than anyone else had done. The Mastercraft team also took a while to start the job (4 weeks). On the plus side, once they start the job they stay on it until it was finished. Our house, with all the prep, took 4 and a half days start to finish. Mastercraft seems to be a family business as the estimator/projects manager was Kyle Dargert and the boss in the office was Jay Dargert. They were very helpful and appeased us with our request for additional paperwork once the job was done. Completed job: https://goo.gl/photos/YXXqTsUNucdpK6Qv9

It was supposed to be some special coating for concrete and they guaranteed that it would not do this. WRONG! They over-sprayed the coating onto our garage door and our stucco, neither did they take care of. Very sloppy work. The garage floor is okay, but for a few $$$ more they could have added a cove on the sides (to make for a finished look), and a second coat of the sealer (to make it a smooth surface). Neither of these was offered to me. Don't even get me started about the scheduling. They never got back to me re: a date and time to do the work. They just showed up one morning with all of their equipment and expected to get to work on the garage. We had nothing cleared out and to make it worse, my wife and I were sick in bed when they showed up, making it really inconvenient. Jay is impossible to deal with.
