The Dental Group of Morristown has a fabulous team from the women answering the phone, the dental assistant, dental hygienist, and the dentist himself. The office is in a converted home which makes it feel more comfortable when you walk in versus going into a sterile clinic. The dental hygienist/assistant talked to me through the appointment which gave me a sense of ease. The dentist is very personable and helpful. I never felt rushed or that I asked a dumb question. They were very friendly and did not scold me as other dentist have in the past. Just a really good experience overall. I am now forcing my spouse to go here and referring them to friends due to service. I also felt like they were very cost efficient in offering services and only did what was covered with my insurance. I never felt that they were doing or recommending services to help their pockets. The hygienist who did my cleaning was kindly informative and understanding. The dentist, however, made me wait for her to show up just to barely glance at my teeth and refused to renew my prescription toothpaste (that my previous dentist had already said I needed multiple times) because she decided from her extremely short amount of poking around in my mouth that I did not need it. In a rude tone of voice, she said I should go to a cheaper place to get my remaining work done, which I would agree with purely due to the prices here being simply unreasonable if you're uninsured. To top it off, she shamed me for having crowns at my age, while not even attempting to learn my aforementioned dental history! I can no longer recommend this office.
