I used to love this place but my last appointment was one of the worst experiences I've had. The…read morelady who did my massage and I agreed that I wanted a regular medium pressure massage but it was extremely painful. I usually go for a high pressure massage and am fine but the morning after I was sensitive to the touch and had bruises the next morning. I think the worst part about this experience is that I called to explain why I was unhappy with my massage and they could not care less. It was so disappointing to see how little effort they put into fixing the problem and making sure it would not happen again. I am not even sure I can go back after how I was treated this last time.

Previously she had covered my eyes with a towel so at one point I took the towel off of my eyes only to see what she was doing because she was just petting my foot as if I was a dog. I watched her for about 30 seconds staring at something off to the left with one hand on my foot And the other hand at her side. I asked her what are you doing watching tv? Was gona have Patricia do my hair but she was not available. Really wanted my hair done so went with Sean. She did not disappoint. She listened to my concerns and how I wanted my hair. She delivered. She's very talkative and makes you feel comfortable. She has been doing hair for 24 yrs. so she's very experienced. I did the keratin treatment. It took 3 hrs and got I trim. Even tho my hair is middle of my back I was still charged $150. My hair trim was $35. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place. Smaller boutique so know matter who you get.
