She's been to the chiropractor a few times to try to get the kinks out but a few were hanging on to her so I called Ms. Jackie for a half hour appointment to see what she could do to help. This was my grandchild's first ever massage. She gave glowing reports the whole 30 minute drive back home about how good she felt, the things Ms. Jackie did and how she loved the way Ms. Jackie treated her. She can hardly wait to go back and wants to do the full body scrub and massage next time. As a grandmother, I'm so happy that she thoroughly enjoyed her experience. Thank you, Ms. Jackie. She was thrilled with her time spent with you.

The ladies at the front desk were polite and friendly and led me back to the lounge to await my esthetician. The lounge was dim, cool, and very relaxing and definitely helped to ease my pre-wax jitters. Jennifer, my esthetician, is amazing. She's warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and somehow managed to put me at ease. I was completely terrified of my first Brazilian, but Jennifer proved me wrong. The pain was minimal and very brief, and she kept me talking and laughing which helped distract me from the more unpleasant bits. Technically, she did an AWESOME job. It's been three weeks and I am still baby smooth!

She seemed really distracted. Previously she had covered my eyes with a towel so at one point I took the towel off of my eyes only to see what she was doing because she was just petting my foot as if I was a dog. I watched her for about 30 seconds staring at something off to the left with one hand on my foot And the other hand at her side. I asked her what are you doing watching tv? She seemed shocked and said that's kind of random. We don't even have a TV in here. I've heard about people doing that before but now I was watching the time. After that, she rushed the rest of my massage and I left disappointed.
