The experience was great right from walking through the door. It is a beautiful salon with professional staff. Angela knew exactly what style would work and improved on my vision. The stylist started slowly brushing through my hair to see which way my hair fell (which should be the proper procedure). That is when the owner came by, wound up a timer and set it for about 20 minutes. She then promptly sat down, arms crossed and watched. Obviously, this got the stylist nervous and she quickly started cutting. And out popped my cowlicks like 'wack-a-moles! At the end of the cutting, hair product was liberally applied to control what was left of my hair. What a disaster!

I went to the Metral Drive location and it appears that some of the staff from Bowen Road have moved to Metral. I just left with the worst hair cut I've ever experienced. I asked for a "long, layered bob" and came out with 1/2 of the back of my head completely shaved. Her answer to me was "I went to far. It will just take a couple of weeks to get used to". I also booked this appointment online and I learned that it is okay to book any spot that is open but was advised to book ahead as they get quite busy.
