I know that everyone else wrote Kere a five-star review and of course, that is why I tried her after absolutely nothing worked to relieve my shoulder pain, including cortisone shots and the strongest prescription anti-inflammatory, but honestly, they were right. Kere is a miracle worker. I have been to chiropractors, physical therapy, as well surgeons. None of them could take care my back issues. herniated disc, and arthritis in my back. Simple things were impossible, I could not walk without hunching over, pain was shooting from my toes to the top of my head. Went to Kere back in September, we discussed my issues and the pain I was in. She made it her mission to relieve my pain. As of today 11/6, I am almost 100% better. I want to start out saying that I am terrified of needles and have always said acupuncture will never, ever, ever be for me. I'm the kid that jumped off the doctor's table screaming "You'll never take me alive" when they were trying to give me a shot. It took six people to hold me down. I recently I was in a car accident and suffered from horrible neck and back pain. The pain has been radiating down my arms and into my hands. I had limited movement and could not turn my head left. A friend had suggested that I do acupuncture. Of course I recanted my story above and then dove into many more stories where needles were concerned. My friend on the other hand gave me every reason as to why I should go and I honestly couldn't argue with her since I was in such horrible pain. I had been going to my doctor and the chiropractor for sometime but I was not progressing fast enough. The pain that I had would be elevated for a couple of hours to maybe a day and would be there waiting for me the next day. As I do with all my reviews we break it down. When you first walk into the office your senses are soothed by soft earth tones covering the walls, and sounds of zen like music. This is good because if your like me (fear of needles) then your are consciously/subconsciously already being calmed down. Next Kere was both professional and emphatic when I explained my phobia. She was able to address my concerns and gave me techniques to get through the treatment pain free stress free and most of all phobia free! Also just to let you guys know I tried to give her the maximum amount of needles that I thought I could handle. She laughed and stated that we would start with one and if I couldn't handle it we would switch gears. When we did the first needle I didn't feel it.and by the end of the treatment I had not only taken more needles than I gave as the limit but I felt soo good I scheduled myself to go for more treatments. I went virtually pain free for about 5 days which was good since it lasted right up until my next treatment. I can't express enough how surprised I was the next day when I didn't have pain and how grateful I am to have Kere as my acupuncturist. I tell everyone they should go if they experience pain. Kere is a dear friend of my fiancé and came highly recommended. My sciatica pain was ranging from discomfort to difficulty walking around certain days. I tried stretching, yoga and massage and none seemed to bring any relief. After just one visit with Kere my sciatica pain is just about gone. I will start this review by saying traditional doctors all predicted a wheelchair, & disability. My only option they told me go through major back surgery. Not ready to stop working or go through life changing surgery. I decided to try something out of the box. Acupuncture, the first place I went to horrible..
