The center is flexible with multiple different schedules. The teachers aren't just phenomenal with the kids but very communicative with the parents. We get pictures of our kids and details about their day in the app. If I send a message in the app I hear back quickly. Any "issues" we have had were quickly addressed and we have felt listened to by staff. The other great thing here is the families. My kids have made so many friends and we have formed relationships with the families there. I think we will have community bonds because of this daycare for a long time. I love that meals and snacks are included and we don't have to worry about packing that. We have experienced every classroom in here besides the newborn one and all have been fantastic. I feel very lucky to be a family at this daycare.

The teachers are caring, nurturing, and understanding, and the activities and expectations for the children are age appropriate and engaging. There's an outdoor covered play area so children can have fresh air still when it is raining or cold, a gym with foam pit and trampoline, spanish classes, music class involving real instruments to investigate, and a lobby that is exciting for students to come in to. The facilities are great, and so is the quality of education they provide. As far as the school goes, I give it a 5 put of 5. That said, recently they have been acquired by a company called cadence. Since then your kid will get sent home for the slightest reason. If they have a fever then it's mandatory three days out instead of 24. For some things it's 5 days. Nor will they accept results of a negative Covid test. Cadence's ridiculous policies puts a tremendous amount of strain on working parents that unfortunately offsets many of the great aspects of the school. In Cadence's defense they will refund some of your tuition back if your child is out for a long time.

Amanda (the director) has been an angel from my sons first day, she took care of my son as if he was her own. The whole team treated my son with such love and respect and made it easy for me to trust them with his care. If you are looking for a place that will take care of your children as if they were own I would highly recommend Little Flowers, Amanda and Ashley (Director & Assistant Director) make a great pair and together I have already seen so much improvement to the facility and the overall function of the team. I've only ever had one concern in my time enrolled here and it regarded another student bullying my son. I mentioned my concerns to Amanda and she made time of her day to sit down with me AND vocalize what she would be doing to make my son feel safer in their care. They are very happy to let me just hang around for a bit and interact with my son and other children as well! I can pop in any time I want to check up on him too. They give you a paper they've filled out throughout the day updating you on what your child did, how much he ate - what he ate, how many diaper changes and if he had gone number 2. When he got home from the first day, he was soooo tired! But he was happy! When I changed his diaper when he got home, it was obvious that they had changed him before they released him to his Daddy that day. Oh my gosh, they are very good at putting Diapers on Toddlers comfortably as well. I know that may be a strange thing to mention, but I am a stickler for how his Diaper is done because I don't want him to be uncomfortable. He didn't even want to leave. Now, onto the staff; I have a book of my own I bring with because I wasn't aware of the paper they give you at the end of the day, but they are absolutely happy that I brought a book explaining his mood, likes and dislikes, favorite toys, naptimes and the situation at home with working and such. They mold themselves around the child and they observe the children's reactions and make sure that each little one gets the attention and care they need. There are not many 2 year olds in the class, I could count maybe 10, but there were two caregivers (I'm sorry but I don't feel comfortable giving someone else's name on the internet), and people come in and out to help between all the classes. It's a very safe environment, with a door that only parents that have their children enrolled in can have the code too, so people can't just walk in, so that does make me feel more comfortable. The Director is a very sweet and understanding woman as well. If you want to know how the staff is~ Just think of people who are very patient and kind and nurturing and good with children. There are no flaws that I have found. - All meals are cooked in house, with awareness of allergies that children have, and are nutritious and apparently delicious! :3 Oh! One more thing, they are always down on the floor with the kids, the caregivers converse with each other and the children, so the constant chatter is also VERY good for the children to learn how to speak to one another. Their conversations are kid friendly, and very funny. I even laughed. So yes, if you're looking for something like this for your child, I very highly recommend it! TL;DR: It's a great place. --- But you should probably read what I wrote... heh..

West Olympia KinderCare has always had good communication with me too, they give me daily updates at pickup how his day went and how well he's doing with his potty training.
