NO REFUND!!!! This…read moreis the message I received when we decided to not play before the season started due to Covid-19 concerns for our 9 year old son, who is not vaccinated. Covid-19 cases for our youth are said to be on the rise and the Delta variant is said to be highly contagious even for the vaccinated. KYF has a strict no refund policy.  The league has already expensed the registration fees you paid to pay for insurance for your son, uniforms and a variety of other items.  The registration fee does not even cover the full cost to play, which is in excess of $450.  The league must conduct fundraisers, raffles and seek sponsorship to make up the difference.  The reason for the strict no refund policy is all funds get expensed long before the season starts, and the league acted in good faith and spent those fees to fulfill your son's registration.  The league is unable to recover those fees.  Therefore, we must adhere to the no refund policy you acknowledged when you registered. Sounds like I'm just a number and I don't matter!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
